I used the services twice on a recent trip to Las Vegas. The drivers were quite punctually. No standing in long taxi lines. The tip was even included in the price so there were no surprises.

My only complaint was that our driver dropped us off at the wrong resort.

Awesome they were on time and even got to purchase extra time on the spot. Best time ever!!!

We had booked a 25 pax limo for a friend's birthday. The company called a few hours beforehand and said the limo was out of service. But, instead of cancelling the reservation, they offered an upgrade to the 35 pax party bus! They even threw in a free bottle of champagne for the "inconvenience". Our driver David was great and helped make it a memorable experience.

I knew I would be traveling to Las Vegas in May, so book this car service in FEBRUARY as a surprise birthday gift for my boyfriend. Upon arriving to the airport, I went to the designated area (told by the rep who took my reservation), I could not locate the driver. I called the Earth Limos several times and was finally told, the driver's previous customers plane was delayed and he would arrive "soon". In the meantime, my boyfriend is upset because he does not know what is going on. I was trying to keep it together because I was trying not to spoil this surprise, but I looked like an idiot! The driver, Randy, finally arrived 30mins late!! SURPRISED RUINED. This error definitely set the tone for our first day in Las Vegas. He said, I was not on his morning log and only received the ticket at 12:15p. Keep in mind... I was scheduled to be picked up at 12p. Either way... one of them LIED as to why I was not picked up on time. I needed to check into our resort AND then be at MGM Box Office by 1:30p to pick up tickets or I would lose them and not receive a refund! This was a very busy weekend and the car service was late, so needless to say, we had to literally run everywhere to get there on time. I expressed my disappointment to the driver as well as the representatives I spoke with and I feel it was like speaking to a brick wall. I expected but never received a follow up call informing me of how I would be compensated for my inconvenience or for an apology. I am disgusted with the level (or lack) of customer service. I was really hoping they would try to resolve this issue with me.

Scheduled a limo for a special anniversary vacation in Las Vegas. Verified by email AND phone that the service would pickup my wife at the airport upon her arrival for an awesome ride to a 5 star resort hotel. After stressing the importance of this occasion, the receptionist lady on the phone promised not to worry and that everything is set for my wife's arrival.

The worst thing possible happened...wife arrived as scheduled and waited at the airport past midnight but the car service never showed. After already spending hours on a plane, then waiting hours in an airport at night, she was tired and angry. I had to scramble to make alternative arrangements through a different carrier. Apparently, this company scheduled me for the WRONG day even after I verified details. In addition, there was discrepancy in what I was charged. We filed a complaint by email AND phone with the company but never got a follow-up, refund or apology from anyone.

Lots of disorganization and no follow through. Do NOT use for special occasions or guests.

It was the best experience...rented the stretched ...super clean limo friendly staff excellent service and punctual and very very competitive prices...will definitely without hesitation using their service on my next trip

Great way to see the sights of Vegas in 2 hours. Friendly driver. We all had a great time.

A large group of us were looking to go wine tasting in Pahrump. I called around and some other places were not even willing to go out of town. When I called Earth Limos they were very positive with a "can do" attitude which was great. We first looked at the stretch Hummer but it was in for maintenance so they upgraded us to a large party bus for the same price. I was skeptical at first about the Party Bus but they allowed us to come see it. Wow what a cool "party vehicle"! When it showed up to pick us up everyone was beyond excited. The Party Bus became an attraction in and of itself, we still talk about it today. The driver was very professional and fun, they showed up on time and got us there and back in a comfortable, safe and professional manner. We felt very taken care of. Viva le Party Bus!!!

Had no problems getting picked up at airport. Had 8 people,4 golf bags and bags which we rented the big bus. Met us at baggage claim and off we went and bought the case of we requested. Took us to the D and picked us up to take us back. Excellent service and was very helpful on the phone when i booked the reservations. Plan to us again on the next trip

The driver was the best, was there at our plabe waiting for us. It was the busiest time for private vorp. Jet landings for the Mayweather fight. Great service and we thank you.

My party and I had an awesome time on the party bus. We meet great people and explored 3 wonderful clubs. Thanks Sylvia for all your help and patience with make my 30th birthday sucessful. I will definitely be using this limo service again.

I booked a limo for my mother's birthday. I prepaid for service the next day. I ended up dozing off for a little bit (with my phone beside me), and I ended up missing my limo tour.

I called the next day to explain what happened. The company did nothing to accommodate me whatsoever AND lied about their driver contacting me. They said the driver did everything to reach me the night before. He did not call my cell, room or anything. I would've heard had the driver called, like other reputable vendors in Vegas I've worked with. They took my money and refused to give it back or work with me. I am now filing a former complaint with thw state and will let everyone know of this company that takes your money and tells lies about their customer service.

They don't even deserve the star I was forced to give.

We had scheduled two pick-ups. The first one, picking us up from the airport, was great. The driver was there waiting for us with a sign and was very helpful. The second one didn't go well. We were to be picked up at our hotel and brought to the airport. They weren't there at the scheduled time, so I called customer service and they said the driver would be about 10 mins. We waited and when he still wasn't there I called again. They said he would be another 10 minutes. At that time I said to cancel because we weren't able to wait any longer as we had a flight to catch. This to was unacceptable due to the fact that we were on our way to the airport and that fact was indicated on our reservation. In my opinion a driver should always be early, especially when it comes to bringing people to the airport. However, I was very glad that a refund was given promptly.

I was looking for a limo bus company to transport my wedding guests from the Las Vegas strip to a little church in Boulder City which is about a 30 minute drive from the hotel. Earth Limo's came recommended from the wedding planners. When I researched them they had a perfect size bus to haul 35 people for that distance. The rate was around $160 per hour, I needed them for about 3 hours so it was completely withing our budget. I called up and spoke with a booking agent who set up all the information, send me with e-sign to confirm and give my credit card info then received confirmation that she had received the email. It was about 1.5 weeks before the wedding when I called up to see if there was a possibility of downsizing the bus because we had about 10 people less, when to find out the bus was never booked. The second lady I talked to was great and gave me a confirmation number and total cost for about $670 which included the tip. Sounded right for about 3 hours of having the bus. The bus pick up was great, I was in a separate vehicle almost to the church on my wedding day when Earth Limo's said that it was only a one way trip and I needed to rent a second bus to pick up my guests and take them back to the strip after the wedding which was going to cost another $300. Keep in mind that it was $1000 to transport 25 people for 2 hours. How in the world can they get away with that. And I had no choice but to accept their lower shuttle bus which was 30 minutes late for pickup because I was about to get married. So upset about the whole experience and they didn't even apologize. Very very very unhappy. Please make sure you confirm EVERYTHING with them since they don't have a clue how to treat people.

The driver arrived early, was helpful, and made it a great ride for us as we left our wedding. The limo was clean, stocked and everything you'd want. It was a fantastic experience.

The limo did not show up at scheduled time (10:00 pm) to pick up our son's wedding party. After a half hour of no limo I had to call and find out what's going on. They did not know what happened and had to pull another limo off their route to come quickly pick up the wedding party only to take them straight to the hotel (about a 15 minute drive) so that limo driver could resume back to the route it was taken from. We paid for 2 hours and only got 20 minutes! Very disappointed with service! However, I would like to note that the driver was awesome and very apologetic!

First off - they sent the wrong bus and it was smaller. Second - we had the worst driver ever. We rent party buses all the time and this was the worst. We actually had a friend get injured due to the inadequate driver. They gave me a $15.00 discount, what a slap in the face! Stay away from Earth Limosine Service.
