This company is a scam

This company is a scam. The worst network ever. They connected my service and the same day, it went off. They did connected the second day, it went off again, I almost got in trouble with my job since I work from home. Bad customer service. When I decided disconnect the service, they want to charge me $200 fee. I would’ve gave zero stars if I could. They should be seeing by DOGE.

Honestly very disappointed in your services. You only offer one speed in my area. Takes 10-20 min for anything to load. I called Do try and upgrade and was told that’s all you guys offer and to disconnect whatever I’m not using on a daily basis to make it go faster. I dont have the time nor does anyone want to do that everyday several times a day. When I called to cancel it cost me $200?!? What is the reason for that? I can Understand a disconnection fee because of the contract but $200?!?! You guys are ripping people off. It’s honestly sad. I now have a better provider and 1gig plus cable for less then you guys charge. I will Never recommend you guys to anyone.

I am sorry you were not happy with your EarthLink internet because of the amount of time it takes for anything to load. The sales agent did advise that the service was not the fastest service, but there was not a lot of options in the area. The sales agent never really forced the internet because he wanted to make sure you had enough speed for your internet needs. As for the $200.00 cancellation cost that was disclosed by the agent that this was a contract and that if the contract was broken there would be an early termination fee of up to $200.00. I am glad you were able to find internet that would suit your internet needs.

The AT&T technician was wonderful

The AT&T technician was wonderful, he explained how everything was going to work and even had a little trouble with a neighbor not allowing him to go through their backyard, but he got it done, his name was Kevin, he is a good guy

Still A Scam!!

In spite of Samantha, ER Specialist III, at Earthlink responding to my earlier review of the scam they were running on offering a $100 gift card for signing up and telling me she would follow up to get me my gift card, she has not responded to any of my emails asking for the status of my gift card. So again, Earthlink was just doing a bait & switch with that offer to get one to sign up. Beware of their scams!!!
