Good to know they will not harm my dog & a lovely gentle fragrance ( went for the white tea & basil). Downsides are the difficulty getting a wipe out of the packaging, the size seems smaller than 8x8" and seems quite dry. I tried wiping my dogs paws & tummy after a walk with no effect until I dampened the wipe. Next time I'll try adding a tiny drop of dog shampoo first. I probably won't buy again as quite expensive for what it actually does. Its a shame as I bought these in readiness of receiving a rescued dog that will be pretty messy after the journey (shouldn't bathe until decompressed) but im not sure how effective they will be. Old soapy flannel might be better 🤔

We have been using the poop bags for years now. They are easy to tear, strong (leakproof), and we love the lavender smell [we will try peach & lotus scent next time]. We have 3 dogs and usually purchase the 900 box with the bag holder. Their dog wipes are excellent too. They're great for a fast effective cleaning of body, paws and butt. You won't be disappointed with any purchase from this company. They care about the environment, their customers and our pets

I have 2 whippets who love to roll in the all sorts of smell dirty spots they find so I always keep them in the car handy.

I ordered a box of 120 lavender scented poo bags via amazon. They arrived in a damaged bag and one roll was missing. Amazon said I needed to contact the company even though it seemed like an Amazon fault. I know it was only one roll but they aren't cheap. I contacted Earth Rated and they (Meaghan) were amazing. The best customer service I have had. They apologised and arranged for a replacement to be sent. Instead of one roll, I got a whole new box, plus a pack of wipes and a dog bandana. I was totally shocked and it arrived within a few days of my initial email. They also followed up to make sure I was happy. Great company.

The product is excellent. Asked to pay £1 to cover postage and packing then suddenly a further £39.47 charge appeared on our credit card . Queried with the bank who say we were signed up to a subscription. Avoid as they are playing sneaky tricks as this wasn’t mentioned anywhere at all.

I use the Earthrated poop bags and wet wipes for my pooch which I order from Amazon UK.

The packaging lid on a pack of wipes I had only gotten half way through failed to stay closed which meant the wipes dried out and the lavender scent vanished. For an expensive pack of wipes I was disappointed that I was only able to use around a third of a pack due to the lid of the packaging failing.

I contacted Earthrated who apologised and are sending me a free pack of wipes in the post. I can see that the packaging has also received an upgrade, so hopefully this issue has now been resolved.

Great service so far.
