I was a huge fan of Earth Resonance, have been using this product (mostly Quantum) for years, wrote very positive reviews, I became part of the community etc. But recently something feels really off; different payment process, no shipment after payment, no customer service, just auto-reply. I still haven't received my order... Like they have been taken over by another party or something, one that is not reliable at all... such a pitty.

I was a customer of EarthResonance.com for 3.5 years. I really appreciate their excellent products. I gave them the highest ratings myself.
In August 2025, I suddenly lost the ability to log in and use my accumulated loyalty points. I contacted them four times about this – I received no help or information about why it is like that. So I started placing orders without the points.
I contacted them several times about minor issues and received a response.
In January 2026, I placed an order for my friend, and we accidentally both paid for it - €150 each of us. I contacted EarthResonance.com twice requesting a refund what was overpaid. I didn't receive any response

Package wasn’t delivered, sent them multiple emails and heard no replies. They used to be great, not sure what happened.

I was a happy customer...what happened?

A few years ago, I used several of earth Resonance products and was satisfied. They were not the quickest to answer my email but the products were good and delivered quickly.

At the end of 2025, I've decided to start again.
I reached out once and didn't get an answer. That should've been a clue but I didn't take it.

I bought directly from their website ...and nothing came.
I wrote 1, 2, 3 emails and didn't get any answer.

To this day, I've paid and didn't receive the product nor an answer. I'm disappointed in this company which I used to like.

Ordered €100 of lions mane and other products. You can tell it is great quality for a good price. The shipment was very fast. Would definitely recommend!

Pretty much scam and non existent customer support. Asked them to refund because I've used wrong card, I just needed to pay with correct one. Not even acknoledgement or response.
No responsibility when they know certain countries always seize the package, they still send it and make their money. Stay away

I purchased the Natural Psilocybe - Microdosing Cycle package and it arrived pretty quickly. However, as I take blood thinning medication I wanted to check if it was OK to start the cycle as their own info that came with the package advised against it. Lindsey, replied that it was safe as long as I didn't take the doses within a couple of hours of my blood thinners. I checked with my doctor and he strongly advised against using the psilocybin at all and explained that blood thinners work over a long term so the fact that I took my medication within an hour or so of any dose is neither here nor there. So what I got from Earth Resonance was potentially dangerous advice and that is not something you'd expect from a company portraying itself as professional.

Order for over 50 euros, never received. Emailed company multiple times, no assistance . Absolute rip off scam company

They are not serious. They do not reply to mails. I ordered a 46 euro product. Never arrived. They just vanished. They are a scam

Ordered in June; it arrived in September after a conversation of at least 50 emails. I ordered again in the beginning of September. After 3 weeks of silence, I sent an email to cancel my order, and 15 minutes later I got a confirmation email stating "order shipped." It arrived at the post office in late October. Definitely won't order again. Now searching for alternatives. I remember in 2020 and 2021 my orderes arrived within 3 weeks, now they will arrive if you put pressure on them.

Earth Resonance used to be fairly reliable but the last order I placed in February has not arrived. They eventually replied to my repeated e mails saying that it was not their responsibility but that they would resend my order "as a courtesy" which shows they have absolutely no understanding of consumer rights or their legal obligations. They have subsequently ignored my e mails requesting a refund.

INCOMPLETE ORDER AND NO RESPONSE
I have received an incomplete order, I have emailed them 3 times to inform and request the missing item and they do no respond. They do not offer any other way to reach out to them. Very frustrating. The missing item is worth 40EUR and their lack of answer makes you feel ripped off.
I paid for the full order 100EUR on 28th of September
I received an email with a delivery scheduled for 1st of October.
Nothing arrived on 1st of October and no email was sent to inform what happened
On 8th of October I received an email about new delivery day.
9th of October I received an incomplete order.
Since then I have sent 3 emails and no response.
How to trust to buy items again if they are not going to deliver nor answer you?

This is a very lousy company that doesn’t care for its customers! You will be lucky if they reply to your email after a week or more! The supplement are ok but customer support is very bad!

I ordered 2 mircodosing starter pacakges to the UK. The order arrived within 2 weeks but the package only contained one set of scales. I reached out by email but received no response. As many other reviews have mentioned, customer service is non-responsive. Avoid.
