I received the bread knife and it looks like good quality. There was a problem with my order, I did not receive the free knife, in the buy one get one offer. I contacted them and Sarah has been very good with fixing the issue. They have sent out the feee knife, so waiting on that to arrive. I’m happy with the company and the bread knife.

First off, I can't say enough about my bread bow knife! It's a must have, especially if you enjoy thin, even slices of sourdough bread.
Secondly, I'd like to commend the customer service department. I had ordered a dough scraper and thought that it was not included in my order. (It was packed around the edges with the same wrapping and I completely missed it). The customer service team was very responsive and polite when addressing my oversight.

Perfect Knife
The knife is a perfect, beautiful piece of working art. What's more perfect is Sarah in customer service. There were glitches in delivery, a prompt refund was offered as USPS was placing a restriction for some unknown reason, but I really wanted this knife so it was agreed to ship it to a relative who resides in another state with no restrictions. Sarah always responded within hours or the next day to my many questions. If all companies operated this way, half the world's problems would be solved!

Sourdough journey…
I've just started by sourdough journey and didn't want to spend lots on unnecessary equipment. With its lovely crispy crust, sourdough is notoriously difficult to slice. The Breadly knife makes it a piece of cake. Can't praise it enough. Perfect slices every time. Thank you!

Travels by slow boat from China
I ordered 2 knives and extra blades on February 14. After waiting two or more weeks, I contacted the company. They assured me that my order was on the way. Checking the tracking, it obviously was coming from China and finally made it to customs the end of February. It's mid-March now, and still no knives and no movement noted out of customs. Would definitely NOT recommend the knife or the company.
UPDATE: Finally received the knives I ordered on March 20, 2025. They are looking into the extra blades I ordered, which did not arrive with the knives. The sourdough book I was to receive is actually an ebook, which I did not realize. I have downloaded that, so the only thing I am now missing is the extra blades. Their customer service is very responsive, but it would be nice to be informed upon ordering that you will be waiting at least a month for the delivery.

Ordered and got shipped from China. Thought it was being uk shipped. Well made bit of kit but very very pricey. Cuts straight and easy though. £34 odd with delivery for two units when you could realistically buy from amazon cheaper. My own fault for not doing my home work and researching more.

Order Shipped From China
I placed my order 22 Feb 2025 and got a response that it had been shipped on 28 Feb. That in and of itself would not be a problem, but it has been shipped from China. Had I known that to begin with, I would not have placed the order. Now it is somewhere with no estimated delivery date. Beware of the wait if you order from this company. I, obviously, can't attest to the quality of what I ordered.
Update: I have received my order, but it arrived too late for my purposes. The quality of the product was adequate, but the shipping was not. Again, had I known it was ordered for international shipment, I would not have ordered.
