EarTune a solid choice...
EarTune has been solid to deal with. No need for Customer Service conact, so can't comment, but service, delivery, etc. have been on point. One minor quibble, on the off-chance this is read by EarTune: Have been purchasing the "Giant" foam earbuds for my EarPod Pro's--a godsend as previously anything needing a seal my canals were too large for--can we get the ability to order just the earbuds without the accompanying case? I mean, I already have two and at this rate I'm going to wind up with a drawer full of them. Seems unnecessarily wasteful...

Great product, purchasing experience could be improved
The Airpod inserts work really well. Getting the fitting was a little inconvenient; I had to wait over a week for an appointment then drive about 35 miles to their office in Santa Cruz. It would be nice if they had a list of audiologists in other places who can do the impressions, instead of just saying "find a local audiologist". It would also be nice if the inserts came with some basic instructions.

Not for side sleeper
Great earplugs & quick shipping, but I was looking for earplugs for side sleeper and these hurt just as bad as all the rest. I’d say these are not good for side sleepers!

It may be possible that our Dream U are too big for your ears, though it is designed to fit most general ear size and shapes. When properly inserted The sides that have L and R indication should sit flat against your ears. Please refer an email we have sent you for further assistance.

The extra large size did not give sound isolation. The original airpod pro large size worked well for a year until they loosened so thought I’d give these a try. Very few places provide extra large ear bud tips. These don’t work for me.

If you haven't tried already, please squeeze the memory foam tips first before inserting them into your ears and allow them to fully expand to the shape of your ears. If you are still experiencing seal issue, it maybe possible that you need a bigger size (Giant). Please lookout for an email from our customer service team for further assistance.
Product is great
As a return customer i expected quicker service but otherwise the product is great fits my ear and IEM perfectly and provides great isolation and wonderful sound. Great job to the team.

Earbud features no longer work with custom
I haven’t used the new tips very much but the noise cancelling feature on my Sony WF-1000Xm4 earbuds does not work on with the new tips. From my research it appears the new tips are covering the IR sensor on the earbuds. This is something your design should have accommodated for and not just that the tips fit. I would not have spent this much on custom fit if I knew this would eliminate features of my earbuds.

I bought these as a gift for my husband who loves to hunt. He is very excited to try these out. He has an old big bulky pair that don't work if he's wearing a hat.
