EAS Auto Doors have been brilliant to work with. They installed three external automatic sliding doors for us and later two automatic internal swing doors, all to a very high standard. Craig and his team even brought a demo model to help us visualise the solution, and they recommended what was best for our business rather than pushing the most expensive option. Leanne Glasgow has been fantastic throughout — professional, proactive, and always supportive. Couldn’t recommend them more.

We were looking for a new company to take over the management of our glass entrance door (manufactured by GEZE) at our high-end serviced office building. After a disappointing and inexperienced service from our previous provider, I was very clear that we needed a team who offered both flexibility and transparency — especially when it came to charges and defining what qualifies as a call-out, whether urgent or not.

From the start, they were responsive, proactive, and incredibly patient. They arranged phone calls to address all our concerns, clearly explained the nature and quality of their PPM checks, and gave us time to review and compare our options without ever being pushy or salesy. It’s clear they genuinely care about doing a great job.

They even took the time to reassure our directors, who had some understandable concerns about whether a third party could properly care for a door manufactured by another brand. EAS explained everything clearly and highlighted that many of their engineers are trained to work across a range of systems — which gave us complete peace of mind.

We’ve just had our first PPM visit and the difference is night and day. The engineer was friendly, thorough, and professional, and we’re already feeling the benefits of switching providers.

I had an emergency with our roller shutter not opening at our unit in the early morning. Called EAS and they had someone out within a couple of hours. The engineer was professional, explained what went wrong, and had it fixed quickly. No hassle, no fuss.

Really appreciated how efficient and friendly the team were, both on the phone and in person. It’s not easy to find a company that sticks to timelines and keeps you informed every step of the way, but EAS did just that.

We had an automatic door installed at our community hall to improve access for those with mobility issues. It’s made a big difference for visitors using wheelchairs or walking aids as they can now enter safely and easily.

Great initial service from Jane Duncan who went above & beyond to get an engineer to secure our premises. Engineer arrived and kept us informed of the issue and completed repair within the hour. Would 100% recommend for any roller shutter door repairs or servicing. They helped me in an emergency and I will not go anywhere else now. Excellent communication and the engineers were very prompt and tidy.

EAS came and installed our new automatic entrance door which was perfect for our needs. We wanted a door that our customers wouldnt have to touch once lockdown ended. It has been great, everyone who comes into the Fisherrow Centre loves it. The cost was reasonable, the engineers and staff are very pleasant and professional. Highly recommended.

Our new entrance doors at Dunlop Village Hall have made a huge difference both in terms of appearance and operation. EAS helped us initially to prepare the right specification for grant applications and stuck with us despite delays in getting the funding approved. When the work went ahead, it was completed very efficiently with minimal disruption. Throughout the process EAS have looked after us very well.

Booked a last minute repair for our Hawick shop door on Friday late afternoon, the engineers turn-up and repaired the door as requested perfectly on time on the day arrange what more can I say perfect service!

EAS are a rarity these days, a company who do what they say they will, when they say they will. They surveyed, sent the drawing, ordered the materials and carried out the installation all exactly to plan and showed up every time they said they would. Very happy with the product and very pleased with their service.

Excellent response and service level provided on a short notice repair. Due to the nature of the fix it was an out of hours repair in which the company showed great flexibility to accommodate (starting prior to 5am) and the job was completed to an excellent standard.
