The program DOES NOT work! No replies to email. Seems to be a scam company. I will have to dispute the charge. Don't waste your time with this.

Had issues with getting the program to work. Asked several times for assistance. Never got a response.

All seemed to be ok but doesn't copy the menu correctly. You can select the first option in the list but it joins all the others together. I've tried it with different discs which are all the same. A waste of time.

It is quite easy to purchase but ultimately the software doesn't work. I purchased a "lifetime" license which fails consistently to produce an .mp4 file which can be played by either QuickTime or VLC. Multiple attempts to contact support have produced zero answers. ZERO. This qualifies as a SCAM.

I purchased the ultimate lifetime version for my MacBook in April 2023, but after upgrading to Catalina recently the program wouldn’t work as it needed updating.. message says contact developer! I’ve written three times to EaseFab Support with ID Licence etc requesting a link or advice on how to update but heard nothing back! 🤷‍♀️

Seeing so many negative views on Trustpilot I thought I would try it before I actually bought it, so I downloaded a trial version ... it allows 3 minutes of dvd copying ... 3 minutes ... that's not a trial, its an insult. Let me copy a whole dvd to check out the quality or do you have so little faith in your product?

Have been using EaseFab Video Converter for a few years. Experience has been very smooth and easy to use. I mostly use the program to convert video files, it works very well.
Fast helpful replies when I email the customer service. The staff always took care of my question right away and follow me up to make sure everything was running smoothly.

As everyone wrote, I can confirm that customer support is not responding at all! After several attempts, I gave up contacting them.

My problem is that EaseFab Lossless Copy is not converting 3D BluRays correctly. Suppose the source is a BluRay or ISO; it doesn't matter. In that case, it just won't work. The output is a complete out-of-the-screen frame (I think this is supposed to represent the 3D effect.), which is entirely flat, but the content shows no depth as a 3D film should be ....

Guess a "Refund Guarantee for 90 days" request won't make sense since no Support feedback should be the usual case by EaseFab.

The only thing is to warn future customers (as long as they do not improve it) not to buy the software if they want support from the EaseFab support team or solve a problem because the output differs from what was promised on the EaseFab website.

But if they have money to spare and are willing to risk buying something that is not working or is useless ... guess this is up to each individual to decide.

I hope this helps ... to make a purchase decision.

Update, July 30th:
After I posted this review, I got contacted by the EaseFab Support Team.
I did not set up this update because they apologized to me (which I gratefully accepted), but to be fair, the communication now really works and is within the promised time of 24 hours or less, so I gave it another star to this review. (At the beginning, I gave a one-star only to my recent experience) Of course, while this is not the end of the case and the experience with the EaseFab support team ... it remains to be seen how the whole thing will go. However, you can see that the support is trying hard to make the so-called "communication slip“ away. In any case, I will continue to share my experience with EaseFab in detail here. ...

They can start by answering their customer's emails. I have sent numerous emails and have not responded to any of them. They say they will contact you in 24 hours and try to resolve the issue in 48 hours—that statement in all over their ads and the paperwork they send with the Programs.

I purchased two products from easefab and i need to refund one of them. my issues meets their refund policy but it is now two weeks and i have not received any response to my emails to support and sales. I would not deal with this company again.

I just use the LosslessCopy on almost 20 blu-ray discs and 10 dvd discs. It always gets the movie off the disc in lossless quality with no hassles. I also get to choose the subtitles and the audio channels and I get all the chapters as well which I love. It does exactly what I want it to do and it does it efficiently and effortlessly. Enjoy using it.

Easefab Lossless Copy runs pretty well as a program but the customer service is frustrating. I recently upgraded and forgot to take note of the Registration Code. After upgrading (from 5.5 to 5.7) my program became a trial version and I needed the registration code. I emailed them on Saturday asking them to email me the code. I gave them the transaction ID, the date of purchase with the email I used to purchase. They claim to reply within 24 hrs. It is Wednesday and still nothing. I've emailed them three times, still nothing. Very frustrating not being able to use the program. Word of advise: if you ever want to upgrade or do a reinstall be sure to go into "Help", "Register" and write down the reg. code.

I bought Lossless copy to rip my Blu-ray Discs to mp4. They advertised it as taking about 5 minutes. It took ten hours. I contacted them and was ignored until I opened a PayPal dispute. When they did finally reply, their answer was to rip to mkv. That’s not helpful, and it still takes over two hours, and I end up with a humongous file. This company is a fraud, and shame on me for buying before coming here.

Used LosslessCopy for a number of attempted rips and ran into a multitude of issues (although most of them only really happened after buying license). Larger rips would come out at a low quality or with stutters and random chapter jumps at times. Not only this but it struggled to handle some newer films, not possessing the decryption details. Whilst it boasts to be better than MakeMKV I honestly can't say this is the case. Every film/tv show I had an issue on LosslessCopy with has been silky smooth on MakeMKV so just save your money and get a license of that.

Bought lossless copy and it will not recognize .iso files. Have tried to contact support for the past 9 days and have received no response despite their guaranteed "24 hour response". It will not hold the registration code after closing program, either.

Shame there is no "0" star I accidentally purchased wrong program immediately realised and paid for correct one. Applied for a refund have chased up and heard nothing they say full refund but good luck getting money back.

Shame there isn't zero star.
Bought blue ray version (Mac) received email with licence key. Tried to enact software via registration form with provided licence key, kept failing. Contacted support several times still nothing back.
Paid full life licence for a piece of software that does not work, this is a rip off until they respond and it works.

In May of this year I bought a new computer, complete with a new storage hard drive. Having previously purchased a 'lifetime licence' copy of EaseFab LosslessCopy, I downloaded and re-installed the program. But when trying to register the product an 'Invalid Registration Code'message appeared.

I have sent two emails to the company in the space of three weeks and to date have received no reply.

As pointed out by "cheated customer" in another review, the company seems in many respects to be non-functioning. But judging by their website they're still offering their software for sale. Given my own experience of interacting with EaseFab, I would advise against buying from this company. This isn't the first time I've had problems: three years ago I got an error when trying to import files into the program, pretty much rendering the software useless. EaseFab's response time was not great, but I eventually got help, in the form of an upgrade.

But now I have to assume the company is either dead in the water or woefully ignorant of what constitutes good customer service. Looks like my 'lifetime licence' has a shorter shelf life than I'd anticipated.

Avoid.

Bought an Easefab License. The first time I wanted to use it (version was installed a few months ago) entered the license key, which was accepted. Wanted to convert something: "This version of out of service" Why 'out of service' ?
Downloading a new version is not possible, because theit website is horribly slow and transfers are aborted. ( not a one time issue, remember it was the same a some time ago when I downloaded the initial version)

I bought "easefab lossless copy" and got problems on the first day of use. Many Bluray discs can't be read by this software and the disc it reads comes out in a terrible quality. So much for "lossless".

This would be already enough for a bad rating, but there comes more:

The Support plays dead and did not answer since one month now. Paddle.com escalates the case to easefab too, but they don't care.

I can't believe I get trapped by a website like this. Look at their promisses - all lies!

- "198+ Million Software installed" ...but not one review on Trustpilot, WOT, or any other portal?!?!

I will recommend PayPal to stop all future payments because this is fraud.
How is it possible that companies like that fool us and get away with it???

I recommend - try "AnyDVD HD" instead and/or "MakeMKV". They read the most discs of all those tools and the quality is perfect AND they are honest. Sure it's a bit more expensive, but if you buy easefab, you buy twice. So don't make the same mistake.
