Serious Product Safety Issue and Poor Customer Support
Our experience with this company has been extremely disappointing and stressful. A leather sofa purchased from this seller developed a bed bug infestation originating from the sofa itself after a short period of use. Bugs were observed emerging from seams and internal areas and spreading into our living space, creating a serious health and sanitation concern, especially for a household with children.
When the issue was reported, customer support was dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of properly investigating the problem or offering a safe resolution, responsibility was repeatedly deflected. Suggestions focused on cleaning rather than addressing the unsafe product itself, and inappropriate comments were made questioning the customer’s environment rather than the product quality.
This situation caused significant disruption, stress, and additional expenses related to inspection and pest control. A company selling household furniture should take product safety seriously and stand behind what they sell.
Based on our experience, I would strongly caution others before purchasing from this seller.
