Over the past decade or so, we have owned a number of small companies within the Facilities Management, Property and Interior Design businesses and in the main, they have been handled by Easily for the larger timescale within this.
Given the varying complexity of the businesses mentioned, Easily have always worked with us if ever needed across the board, whether this has been technical, innovative or simply accounting queries, they have always been positive and prompt with their response.

Terrible experience and still not resolved.
I have been a customer of Easily for over 22 years, assistance was amazing when they had a contact number for their support/technical team, now this has been removed and you can only contact via email or a form. They will apparently respond within 3-5 days I believe, it has been two weeks and the only person to email back was someone in billing to confirm my details and now nothing!
This is not how a company is supposed to deal with customers. If you insist on not providing a contact number then at least have the decency to reply back to customers when they have an issue!

I had inadvertently let my Domain expire.
Contacted the Domain support team, Tracey picked my email up and I received a response within hours.
Tracey renewed my Domain and it was up and running within 24 hours.

So to be fair I have previously had a good experience - with Ryan, who was very prompt and helpful.
But on this occasion it was NOT Ryan. And it was utterly dreadful. Again to be fair it was a complicated issue. After 18 good years, my website was hacked. Not Easily's fault (though my tech guy had to disable his online protections before his computer allowed him to access Easily's portal on any browser as it considered it unsafe!)
However, trying to clear quarantined pagesor get hold of the database to restore the site was impossible in the end because the proccess of trying to extract any support from Easily was hell. We had Christopher, who did not answer anything himself but relayed one issue/question a day to 'the admins' and delivered their answer. Naturally in a complicated situation like this any answer raised another question/issue which received no response, regardless of begging, until the next day. This went on for days while I lost more work and got very distressed.
In the end we moved the hosting somewhere else and rebuilt the entire website from scratch. It was quicker.
So pray you get Ryan, who can answer you direct and is quick and very helpful. Otherwise run for the hills.

I had a problem with SSL certificates. Christopher McGuiness took on the problem and solved it for me. I have only had to seek support a few times in very many years with several sites but Easily has been responsive and friendly each time.

My attempts to renew a Domain via the Easily website were unsuccessful. Probably due to the fact that I am a technophobe. Tracy Spencer responded to my request for assistance promptly and efficiently. All sorted without drama. Review is slightly downgraded because Easily really need to sort out the website and the renewal procedure to avoid this sort of difficulty arising in the first place.

I've been a customer for 25 years. Over the last few years, I've had an increasing litany of problems.
I discovered recently that weeks' worth of email is missing. Some of it had somehow moved itself into another folder and some was just gone. They are insinuating that I did this. I'm in the middle of legal issue, and I need it. No phone number (cut about a year ago), no chat, no response to the first email, then an automated ticket response to the next. I'm into the third week now of trying to resolve it. Even more bizarrely, they are telling me that email back ups are only kept for four days - translation: you need to check your email every few days in case they have lost some, otherwise you can't get it back. I'll post more as it happens
UPDATE. So easily replied to my comment below. It is a bland, unhelpful response. They lost my email, have blamed me, and have told me (ALL CUSTOMERS BEWARE), they only keep four days worth of back ups, so if you don’t discover a problem within four days, it cannot be recovered. They will not phone you, they will reply to emails when it suits them, and they will not apologise, except on a forum like this. Their’s is a fundamentally flawed offering. Don’t use it

Both my Domain names had expired be it only a week or so but got in touch with Easily and I was lucky enough to liaise with a guy called Ryan Kyamko. Well can’t say enough about this guy, so helpful throughout the process he sorted everything out for me with no fuss whatsoever. So rare to get customer service like he provided to me. Honestly gob smacked, you need to keep this fella, give him a rise in pay now before some other company gets hold of him. Unbelievable.
