I took our dog to The Woodley Vet (Easipetcare) Woodley with sickness and diarrhoea. The vet saw him in the morning, and gave him an injection and some medication to take home. By that afternoon... See more

Don't be fooled by their website claim of 'no hidden charges'. It is made very difficult not to pay a £41 consultancy fee. There is no mention of this fee on their website or when making bookings... See more

I have for many years enjoyed the help…

I have for many years enjoyed the help and guidance given to me for my two little Cavaliers Basil and Manuel. Unfortunately Manuel had lost his fight for life.
The care and consideration he was shown was wonderful, today I went to pick his casket up,with a very heavy heart . His casket was beautiful with his name emblazoned on the casket.
I still have Basil his brother and we will be visiting Easipetcare as he has his regular appointments.

Saved my boy’s life

Saved my boy’s life, I wouldn’t of been able to afford an expensive operation but they took thought to his health, rather than just business.
It cost half the amount his original vet quoted. These Angels saved me and my boy whose tumour was cancerous, I can’t thank them enough, they are absolutely fantastic.. Top marks!

PLEASE NEVER take your pet here!

This is a very difficult review for me to write, it is only a few days since my beautiful 10year old dog was put to sleep (she was put to sleep by another veterinary practice) and only 14days after my initial visit to Easipetcare Woodley. I hold this practise entirely responsible for the loss of my pet. It was a totally unnecessary loss. Her symptoms should have been looked into more deeply. Instead I was told that her drinking large amounts of water and peeing in the house was ‘behaviour issues’ - after they say they did blood and urine tests they still told me this and told me to withhold water from her. My little dog continued to get sicker and started to have laboured breathing, not eat her meals, to cough and I stupidly returned to the practise for advice and help, I was beside myself. The practise manager insisted that I still pay again for a consultation with the vet, even though I wasn’t satisfied the vet hadn’t given a thorough examination the first visit, (she told me he was her ‘best vet’-that should tell you everything) so I booked to see another vet, and again explained all her symptoms. This time I was told her breathing and not eating was because she is in pain, ‘probably an injury from falling down stairs’ she isn’t allowed upstairs in our house and is with us for all walks so we found this hard to believe but took the pain killers to give her as when the vet pressed her rear end she did snap/bite in pain (incidentally I asked them not to inject a pain killer as I prefer to give an oral one but the vet decided to do this anyway due to covid 19 I had no view of the ‘consultation’ I was charged another £59 for-when I got upset about my wishes being disregarded the vet said she knew best for my pet! How dare she complete a treatment without my permission as the owner and parent of my dog!)
Basically in less than 48hrs from this last visit to a rushed visit to my local animal hospital my dog could barely breath, she repeatedly fell over and went in and out of a coma state while vomiting. This is the most distressing this I have ever experienced as my husband and I have no children she is our world. Our world ended 14days after my first consultation with a vet at Easipetcare regarding her symptoms. I have since learned myself that these symptoms were clearly kidneys failing and should have been picked up from day one!!!! How I wish I had read other reviews on here where they didn’t trust the ‘blood Test’ results and had them done elsewhere also and things were discovered, if I could turn back time and not trust a vets I had always been to believe me I would. Vets and staff change. I will never set foot in that practise again and will be writing to official bodies to voice my concerns about them. I hope this review saves someone else the pain my husband and experienced watching our little girl/doggie suffer such an awful and uncomfortable end before her time:
I will end by saying I was a client of this practice for both my dog and cat for ten years now. This practice is nothing like the place I first visited all those years ago. The staff in reception are rude and uncaring, the worst I’ve experienced. The practise manager shows the same awful arrogance and lack of care for animals only money.
