I ordered the actual easiphone from Amazon- which was delivered promptly and so far their are no problems.
I've never been particularly impressed with the customer service I've received - before & after purchase. I believe that they have poor administrational systems in place that need reviewing
They've taken an elders persons money and there's been no delivery of it. My dad is reluctant and nervous to take his phone out with him, which is so deflating as the while point of the order was to help him maintain his independence

Still waiting to receive the phone
Still waiting to receive the phone. Arranged for it to be delivered to my sisters ahead of my mums visit so that my sister could set it up for her. Didn’t arrive in time, and mums week visit has come and gone. Had no responses to my emails and didn’t get a call back when promised. Evri have advised that they have the phone and will be delivering but still no explanation for long delay from Easiphone. And sadly will have to arrange to post it on ourselves now.
Super phone for the "smart phone phobic!"
After an initial delay in receiving the phone, Michael could not have been more helpful in expediting the order and providing support. The phone is easy to use once set up and should make using and accessing the benefits of a smart phone much simpler for my 83 year old Mum. I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately trying to speak to customer service has proved tricky with promises of call backs not happening. I'm sure this is something the company are working on improving to provide a more robust customer service.
Great service, initial handset issues well resolved.
We ordered the Alcatel handset originally but that had problems. The customer service was excellent and we have a replacement phone within a week of returning the initial purchase.
I have to say the replacement (the latest offering from Easiphone is a good one) a different manufacturer. Much more responsive, operates well and is relatively easy to use for my elderly father, easy to set up with some help from us (nano-sim is a bit fiddly) and needs a Google account setting up for picture storage (he has no online accounts at all - a real rarity but he now has access to store pictures of things from the garden!)
I would recommend Easiphone, we had a bit of faff - I would suggest avoiding the Alcatel handset and going for the most recent handset. It's a little more but a world of difference in reliability and processing power.

Phone delivered but not ideal and didn’t work properly-return form emailed but no correspondence at all, phone messages left, phone returned via special delivery, no refund, again sent messages, emails and recorded letter no reply. Informed citizens advise, bank refunded. DO NOT USE - company not trustworthy at all.

Unable to add contacts. I phoned the 24 hour help line and after a few calls the phone was eventually replaced. A new phone posted to me by the company.

My mother in law is very active, and wanted a no nonsense phone that was easy to use with no fuss. This tough phone from Easyphone ticked all the boxes. Thank you Easyphone
Great value phone…
Great value phone that was straightforward to set-up. The relative I bought it for is very happy with it and finds it really easy to use. I also highly recommend the care package I bought when purchasing it and whose customer service is exceptional.
Failure to process refund
Finally sent me a refund - shame you have to post a bad review to get things moving!
Unfortunately, my mother-in-law wasn't able to understand how to use the phone, so I returned it for a refund on 04/07/22.
Despite a number of emails, a phone call (I was told I'd receive a call back, but never did) & a response from Michael Kerstein (09/08/22), company director, to assure me the refund would be processed without delay I'm still waiting for my refund.

Update - after my initial review, Michael contacted me straight away and the customer service since then has been good. Due to the phone being out of stock I was offered alternatives but decided to wait till the phone was back in stock and kept informed whilst waited the phone has now arrived and really pleased with it as will be easier for dad to use

Ordered phone for my elderly father who was in hospital on 17/6, heard nothing. Rang twice on 22/6 to chase order, both times was told someone would get in touch - nobody did but got an email to say order complete. Have heard nothing since - no dispatch email, tracking number or phone. Rang on 26th and 27th and again told an email would be sent to the customer service time and they would update me - nothing!!
Either refund me or tell me what is going on and where the phone is (order #6515).
Very disappointed and based on service received could not recommend which is a shame as the phones look ideal for older ones
Poor Service
Can only agree with previous comments regarding poor or non-existant service from Easiphone. Help desk is a misnomer - totally unhelpful - "will get a director to call you". No phone call, no email. Follow up complaint on emails but again no response. They have a niche product which could be useful to many elderly phone users but with service like this how do they continue in business.
I am happy to say that I have since received a reply from Director Michael and the issue has been resolved in a satisfactory manner. Let us hope this was an isolated incident.

Easiphone is a nightmare !
Easiphone is a nightmare. Royal Mail sent back my return because they had wrong address on their website for return. They ignored my request for a refund - no acknowledgement of receiving my return; their phone reception kept taking down my contact details for a return call that never happened.
I lodged my case with Citizen Advice and straight away their director emailed me to offer a refund of the phone and the extra postage caused by their wrong return address. I received the reimbursement for the postage but there’s no sight of the refund of the phone. I contacted PayPal resolution Centre for help and they ruled in my favour and arranged the refund. The whole process caused me a lot of stress and upset.
I understand from some reviews on Amazon that Easiphone buys budget phones. makes small changes and charges a lot more.
