I'd give zero if I could.
No results received of our tests after more than a week.
Customer service not helping at all and asking stupid questions.
Zero communication during delivery until we sent an email
Conclusion :
-In every step we had to contact customer service to understand what's going on (Delivery notifications and time + results time-frame).
- No results given... Lost time and energy!
Let's see if we get our money back!
