I can’t recommend them enough! The team here is fantastic and always super responsive and genuinely dedicated to helping you find what you need. If a part isn’t in stock, they’ve been able to track it down, and they’re open to feedback on how they can better serve their customers! They’ve even been flexible and kind enough to open up when I’ve been in a rush! On top of all that, everyone is friendly and always happy to chat about the hobby. A real gem for anyone into RC planes!

The owner is always very helpful and nothing is too much trouble and not in a rush to push a sale onto you, even if your having issues or problems with an item you may not of purchased from them originally.

Feel so lucky to have found Easons RC just down the road from where I live. Oliver is clearly passionate and dedicated to looking after his models and his customers. Fair, honest and supremely helpful, I thoroughly recommend Easons RC. They don’t just sell RC models, they repair and restore them as well. I have recently had some problems with an RC car and Oliver has gone well beyond what I’d consider to be normal customer service in order to get everything back up and running again. Check them out, you will quickly appreciate what I’m talking about.

Unfortunately we didn't have anything from this site because the item ordered was not in stock but we will certainly us this site again because of the promptness of notifying us and the return of our paypaint was nothing less than excellent service thank you so much. Phil Adcock

Bought a build kit for my partner for Christmas.

Can’t fault the company and was able to collect my order from their store.
Will be back in future for anything else we need as the owner was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Cannot fault the service or communication at all. Oliver went to great lengths to sort an issue for me with an order going out of stock and went above what I would have expected. Thank you and will be shopping with you again soon.
