We recently travelled in Indian from New Zealand, following a fantastic itinerary organised with the help of Sarita and her Eastbound Travelscape team. We saw amazing things, ate stunning food and stayed in great accommodation. Sarita arranged for us to be driven in a very comfortable vehicle with the perfect driver who was patient, safe and considerate - we enjoyed seeing Sanjay each morning and it was a pleasure travelling with him. Sarita organised excellent guides for the days when we were visiting temples and forts etc. They were helpful and informative and made the experiences easier and more enjoyable. On the odd occasion when a challenge arose she and our dedicated tour manager promptly and professionally resolved them. We found Sarita's comms while we were organising the trip exceptional and the pricing and flexibility excellent. We will recommend her to our friends.

Excellent response times and a really personal service with great attention to detail. Sarita helped us to plan a very specific itinerary and made helpful suggestions at every stage. Hotels were if a good standard in excellent locations and staff were always attentive and friendly. Sightseeing was arranged in each place according to our specifications and tour guides were very knowledgeable. Travel was in a comfortable air-conditioned sedan with our own personal driver for the entire trip

A tour manager was available to fine-tune day to day details and offer further advice and support as needed. A truly superb and personal service from start to finish and excellent value for money. Would highly recommend.

Ms. Sarita Rani Chambyal from Eastbound Travelscape DMC had organized our Kashmir Tour from 15 - 24th May 2023. We went to New Delhi, Srinagar , Sonamarg, Gulmarg and Pahalgam.
Pro:
1) Hotels selected in the various places were really good and luxurious.
One of man in the group was down with food poisoning. The hotel in Gulmarg was very responsive to our request for medical help as well as sending food to the room.
2) The drivers in Kashmir and New Delhi were very careful drivers . However it would have been a boon if we had a better English speaking driver since there were no guides provided . We were quite blur about the historical details especially in Sonamarg.
3) It was very comforting to have daily calls from Sarita and Tanushree to ensure we didn’t have problems.
4) Added pleasant surprises by the company such as Sufi night in the houseboat and upgraded to suite in Four Point Sheraton in Srinagar.
Cons:
(1) Although the houseboat in Naagin lake was very good, the owner had allowed local vendors of carpets, handicrafts and jewelry into the lounge area of houseboat and we were hassled all hours of the day sometimes late at night to buy their goods. Suspicion of houseboat owners working with these vendors since they target only foreigners not Indian tourists.
(2)There were scammers everywhere especially to usage the Union vehicles for local sight seeing.
However in Pahalgam- it was so pleasant when the company driver choose the local taxi and saved us the unpleasant experience of dealing with local taxi providers.

A good travel agent. Very caring and always called me to ensure everything is fine. She really helped when we were not happy about the hotel. Manage to give us a better hotel with an upgrade. Well recommended agent.
