To begin with, as advised the fencing arrived on Sunday morning before we arose. Having purchased 6' x 6' fence panels on several occasions in the past. The two new ones are without doubt the heavies... See more

About East Coast Fencing
Written by the company
East Coast Fencing is a UK manufacturer and supplier of garden fencing and timber products. We make it straightforward for homeowners, trades and landscapers to buy the right materials for the job, with clear product ranges, practical advice and dependable service from first enquiry through to delivery.
We focus on the core items that make a fencing project go smoothly. That starts with strong, well-made fence panels, supported by the right fence posts and gravel boards, plus the fixings and accessories that bring everything together. Whether you are replacing a single run or fencing a whole garden, our aim is to help you choose a set-up that looks right, lasts well, and is straightforward to fit.
Our product ranges
Fence Panels
Our fence panel range covers the most popular styles for UK gardens, from traditional overlap to more robust closeboard options, as well as modern decorative designs. If you are not sure what suits your garden, a simple rule of thumb is that sturdier panels are a better fit for exposed sites, while decorative panels are ideal when appearance is the priority. You can explore the full range here: Fence Panels.
Trellis Panels
Trellis is a brilliant way to add height, privacy and a softer finish, especially above fencing. It is also a practical support for climbing plants, and a neat way to screen off areas without making a space feel boxed in. View the range here: Trellis Panels.
Fence Posts and Gate Posts
A fence is only as good as the posts holding it up. We supply both timber and concrete options to suit different builds, along with dedicated gate posts for heavier openings. If you are planning a new run, it is worth thinking about post choice early, as it affects strength, lifespan and the finish around the edges. Browse here: Fence Posts and Gate Posts.
Gravel Boards
Gravel boards help protect the bottom of panels from ground contact, splashback and rot. They are one of the simplest upgrades you can make for a longer-lasting fence line, especially in wetter spots or where the ground level is uneven. See options here: Gravel Boards, including Concrete Gravel Boards and Wooden Gravel Boards.
Garden Gates and Gate Furniture
A good gate should match the fencing, feel solid, and open and close cleanly. We supply a broad range of garden gates, along with the essentials that make the job tidy and secure such as hinges, latches and fittings. For accessories, see: Garden Gate Furniture.
Timber and Landscaping
Alongside fencing, we supply a growing range of timber products used across garden and landscaping projects, including timber and railway sleepers. These are ideal for raised beds, edging, steps and retaining projects, and they pair naturally with fencing upgrades when you are improving the whole garden.
Ironmongery, Fixings and Cement Products
To help you complete projects without multiple supplier runs, we also stock ironmongery, fixings and fasteners, plus the supporting materials that make installation more reliable, including cement products. If you are building new posts or rehanging gates, these are the details that make a real difference to the finished job.
How we help customers choose the right materials
Fencing can look simple, but there are a few choices that affect how well it performs over time. We help customers think through the practical points such as exposure to wind, ground conditions, desired privacy, and whether the fence line needs to handle gates or changes in level. If you are planning a full replacement, it often helps to choose the panel style first, then match posts, gravel boards and fixings around it, so the whole run works as a system rather than a mix of parts.
Quality, service and trust
We take pride in supplying products that customers can fit with confidence. Just as importantly, we aim to make the buying experience clear and straightforward, with responsive support and a helpful approach when customers need guidance on what to order. Our Trustpilot feedback reflects that focus on customer service and doing the basics well, consistently, day in and day out.

Delivery just didn’t show up
The delivery date was scheduled, the delivery time was advised as early morning. As of 3pm, nothing I’ve tried ringing their customer contact number 8 or 9 times. It just rings out unanswered. Only once it was picked up and it was advised that there was a problem and it would now be here between 1 &2pm. Still nothing and no one answering now. So frustrating that I’ve waited in all day. Very poor customer service.
Delivery on time and good quality product
Delivery on time as specified by the company on confirmation email.
Products delivered were in food condition and driver was friendly and pleasant.
The only downside was the lack of communication prior to delivery. Also website was always unavailable when I checked responding with 'Forbidden 403' error. Tried to call but phone always went to voice mail.
Fortunately driver turned up on time but I wouldn't have known the driver was en route with my goods. Very strange!
First class service and fencing again
First class service and fencing again. Sturdy and heavy fence panels will outlive me I have no doubt.Highly recommended.
The order process online was easy
The order process online was easy. Delivery was 5.20am on a Sunday. They delivered straight into garden without waking us up. Amazing
Great product, great service
I bought trellis from East Coast Fencing. Great product and efficient delivery, just when they said it would be. I particularly want to thank the delivery man who helped me carry it all in to the garden area. A great service.
Great find for fencing
Very easy transaction. High quality fences at competitive prices. Would definitely use again.
Never replied about delivery times and…
Never replied about delivery times and made me late for my customer
Very impressed with the product
Very impressed with the product - double slatted 3x6 fence panels. Sturdy and well made. Saw an inferior equivalent for a similar price in a well known store that was flimsy and falling apart where it stood.
The ordering process initially went…
The ordering process initially went smoothly, and the quality of the trellis I received is very good. However, the delivery and customer service experience has been disappointing.
The day before my scheduled delivery, I contacted the company to request a change to one trellis size. I was assured this would be updated and included in the delivery the next day. Unfortunately, this did not happen.
I then called to follow up and was told the missing item would be delivered the following day. Again, this did not happen. I have now been promised delivery three times, and the item has still not arrived.
The company has been very difficult to contact, with calls frequently going unanswered.
Overall, while the product quality is good, the lack of communication and repeated failure to deliver as promised has been very frustrating and disappointing.
Part of me thinks I should just pay for a new delivery of £15 but the delivery window is 10-16 WORKING days, and we have the workmen here now.
Great product will be buying again
Delivered on time friendly service
Delivered on time friendly service, good quality wooden fencing, time will tell if it lasts,
Happy with the company, value for money.
Two different types of fencing
I ordered two types of fencing. All arrived on the day specified and were of good quality. I would definitely use them again

Good quality at a good price!
The fence panel was exactly what I needed it was good quality at a reasonable price. Delivery costs were also reasonable. Delivery took a couple of weeks but they delivered it exactly when they said they would. They are a trustworthy company to deal with
Second time using ECF, so that should tell you something
Used East Coast previously and due to cost and quality of the previous fence panels used them again to replace further old panels.
The ECF panels are much heavier then the replaced panels and more robust.
Delivery is always on time
