It’s usually so difficult to get muslim attire here in the United States. And that’s why as soon as my daughter told me about East Essence, I couldn’t wait and ended up ordering 3 outfits. All the 3 were delivered super soon. And I love them all. Now on every occasion we buy only from this place and nowhere else. I am not going anywhere else.

East Essence is like the superhero of deliveries. I placed an order just a week before my event, and like magic, it arrived right on my doorstep precisely on time. Their delivery efficiency is remarkable, making them my go-to for those inevitable "oh no, I need it now" moments. The reliability and speed of their delivery service have made my shopping experiences stress-free. I'm genuinely grateful for their reliable and efficient delivery system.

The designs from their store are pretty nice and give a good overall fit too. I’ve been making my purchases from East Essence for quite a while, and am yet to be disappointed by something. They’re really doing a commendable job with their outfits.

I love the designs that they have on the website. But when I get them, they do not look like what is in the picture. The sleeves are either too long or too wide, and the hem is crooked or either it’s a different fabric. They even sent me wet material in the mail. I’ve even had to throw away garments because of how terribly they were made. It’s been a waste of my money I would not suggest buying anything from them.

i ordered an item and after i got it , it didnt match the description. i emailed them and let them know and i asked for a pre-paid return label. they offered a $10 refund if i just keep the item. i agreed. the refund never came. i asked where it was and they lied and said they "couldnt" refund to paypal (i paid with paypal, so thats a lie) and gave me store credit instead! (trying to force me to spend more money at their store!) i said that isnt what we agreed to. i filed a claim with paypal, and east essence said to return the item.they knew we had already agreed i would keep the item so they knew i had to remove the tags and i wouldnt be able to return it or get the refund if the tags were removed. they are such corrupt scam artists, the items dont match the descritptions and they lie and steal. i would never do business with such people again!

Wow! Absolutely love the dresses! True to size and style. Best Internet buy I’ve made. Bought a couple to test out the sizing and it was spot on! Thank you!

I bought a skirt in this company online, the color in wine. After that I thought the navy blue on me better than wine. So I texted, emailed and called them right away, on same day, they promised me they will change the color for me, ship me a blue one. Especially after I got information about shipping I called them again to confirm the color, they told me they did ship me a navy blue one.Took long time finally I received the skirt, but it still was a wine color . Then I called them, they didn’t answer, I emailed them, they didn’t reply. So I had to contact PayPal to help me claim the refund. And I had to pay the shipping fee to return the item , though it was their fault. This company is not decent company, don’t buy everything there.

I have ordered many times from Eastessence. So many dresses to chose from and my overall experience has always be fine. Most of my clothing is from Eastessence. Majority of the time the dresses are true to size too. Love the fact you can customise dress size.

Pictures are better than actual products. They appear under high quality but in reality lowest quality ever. It’s dropped ship from India and they will not refund shipping. So they don’t want to lose anything, customer has to lose because they mislead.

WORST COMPANY TO PURCHASE FROM. Bought one item and the material was horrible, also the clothing smelled really bad when I got it. Its a scam. They charge an extra 4.99 for a diffferent size yet I'm sure there was no adjust made and they wont refund you the entire payment you made when you first placed the order. Shouldve known this website was shady just by them always having a "sale".

So I was only given a refund for an item I never received because I opened a dispute with my debit card company. Thank God I found a better modest clothing company called Alhannah! :)

LIARS! CHEATS! CON-ARTISTS!

zero stars! They outright lie about sizes, colors, shipping times. Repeatedly! then you have to fight with them for each and every dollar you want refunded. Then they refuse to refund the shipping you paid for the faulty unwanted item in the first place.

They will not answer their phone or repeated emails about returns.

Not answering when I try to contact them. They have send me many times wrong products.

Shipping take forever, order on may 2 and arrived today.
Quality is trash
Sizes are off
Advice , plan a trip to South Asia get better quality clothes for the same price, bonus meet amazing people and culture or get a tailor from North America.

Terrible experience with this shopping site! They don’t care much about customer satisfaction as it shows through their handling and management of orders! They ask you to pay $ for expedited orders, then once that timeframe for the order to be shipped has ended, they email you to tell you your items is out of stock, literally few hours after the same person-Uzma- promised that my items will arrive by 5/11 max before eid. Absolutely careless crew. They should aim up their game to continue their existence, or with such terrible customer service they won’t last long.

I should have read the reviews before making such a huge purchase. SMH
Customer Service is non existent! My order is STILL “unfulfilled”.... I ordered from Modanisa AFTER I ordered from East Essence and got my package delivered!
Aaaaand Modanisa is MUCH cheaper!
Save yourself, don’t order.... just head on over to Modanisa for BETTER clothes, BETTER service and MUCH quicker response!

I was so excited to support a Muslim owned business. But I sure got my hopes up. My orders are just now starting to ship after 14 days of placing the order and all of the items aren't even included in that shipment. Who knows when I will actually receive them. On the other hand I ordered from another business located in Turkey with much lower prices with great quality items and I received them within a week. The prices are so high for this terrible service. I will not order from them again. And unfortunately I cannot attest to the clothing quality yet but my hopes are very low.

This is the worst place to order from 3 different shipment dates since April 4 I email I received store credit for my shipment but still no merchandise..... everyday it's sorry your order going to be late.....I will never ever order here ever an don't recommend no one unless your ordering for next year or a few months out....

This was my second order with them. The first order took forever to get here, so with the second order, I paid for express shipping. Order was placed on March 30, didn’t receive it until April 15th! I’ve emailed and called. No answer to calls, but the email response was confusing because all he said was my order was arriving, instead of addressing the refund for the express shipping. Now, they will not return my emails
