Very disappointed with the company this time last. I have been using the company for so many years now and have been happy with the company but is not the company is the people who work for the problem with the handle of gods and transport. I have a terrible experience with this time after packing like I should be I have a surprise seeing damage the gods. Is not damage in the corner or something small but been hitting the surface with something like is been thrown away an hitting in to something. Very poor quality of service this time around and having to complain about to same on the phone all they're saying is we are very sorry for the incident and is nothing to do with us is the transport but if you'd send something is them too get the money no the transport. I have been disappointed with the way they work.I haven't been lucky enough. They have said that it is on my own reask for sending them they're just doing the service well not good enough and not good at all. They love throwing things around words like packing. Shame on you for not taking responsibility.
An exceptional collection service…
An exceptional collection service between the UK and Romania. I transferred from London to Bucharest more than 20 parcels that arrived intact at their destination. After this experience, I turned to them again with more confidence and obtained impeccable services, very kind couriers, they took my parcels from my door and presented them at their destination in optimal conditions. The prices are very competitive under special quality conditions. Thanks EastLines!

They are not serious at all
They are not serious at all. It is the second time that the delivery of the pallet is delayed. They estimated the delivery between 4-6 working days...they picked up the pallet from me on 08.07 And at this time he is still in London. The last time I use their services

I am using Eastlines for at least 5 years, sending all sort of dimensions of parcels in Romania. There was not a single occasion that the parcels have been damaged or opened or anything taken out. On every occasion I am doing my best to pack up correctly using carboard boxes, correct labels and describing as accurate as possible the content so I will carry on using themas the drivers are good fun, helpful and polite. Cristina in the office is an absolurte delight to speak to, I know I am in the best hands everytime she answers. Chapeau!

We've retreated back to Romania and chose this company purely of costs reasons.
Couldn't make a bigger mistake, 12/13 single carton boxes, few with extra protection and stretch film wrapped got to destination absolutely battered!
Other few bags of clothes in vacuumed plastic bags have arrived torn as if they went through a war zone!
DO NOT BE FOOLED by the cost aspect of the expedition, whatever small or big!
They will bring your glass chipped and your fragiles absolutely battered and upside down!
Eastlines only after your money given you have a large pick up, they will only tell you rough guidelines of T&Cs!
Romanian end of the courier have no idea of what they're on about with lost items, already been delivered with local branch but deemed lost with main hub!
AMATEURS!
DO NOT USE AS INTERNATIONAL MOVERS!

No option for 0 stars…we’ve used their services to send some presents for family and of course they’ve opened the boxes and stole a pair of shoes and some sweets. It wouldn’t have been a problem if they’d been able to find out where this happened but the reply for the complaint we’ve made was outrageous. They’re asking for all sort of evidence which is quite frankly impossible to have if you’ve sent an item as gift…on another note, they promised to conclude their investigation within 48 hours, today is Wednesday 21st December and we’ve sent the complaint on Wednesday 14th. So apart from taking them a week to tell you that they couldn’t find the thief/thieves from within their company, they won’t offer compensation unless you have receipts, bank statements and photos of the items stolen and proof that you’ve added those items in the package which was shipped with them and even if you’d be having those evidence there’s no guarantee you’ll ever get anything back. Long story short you’re feeding a family of thieves if you’re using their services cause you’ll have to pay in advance to get your stuff shipped and won’t receive anything back, not even the money you’ve paid for the package to be shipped.

Absolutely shocked by the service of…
Absolutely shocked by the service of this company. I have sent 2 new sofas purchased from abroad, quite pricey, when I asked about insurance, their answer was that all the packages are covered up to £500 only and cannot get extra Insurance. I’ve sent the packages anyway (stupid, I know) and they arrived ripped and with broken frame. When making a complaint, I was told the items were not packed right (although in the pictures I sent them it shows clearly that the sofa was ripped through the bubble wrap and box where it was held by some sort of belt during transportation. Moreover, the frame inside the sofa was cracked, obviously from being thrown around, no amount of packaging could have prevented that. And on top of everything else, they said that I didn’t declared the value of the sofas. There was no form to fill to declare the value of the package, although I did give them the receipts for them. Absolutely rubbish company, not taking responsibility for their mistakes.
And on top of everything else, when my items arrived, and I pointed to the driver the damage, he said to me Good luck making a claim. I have now opened a claim with ombudsman, hopefully I can get some justice. From what I can see, this company does this a lot, unbelievable that this is still allowed to happen in UK

Great job!!!
I sent with them a TV and some parcels with clothes and personal belongings and they arrived intact, in a few days, they picked up from the address, they delivered to the address, they called me before,I received an order number and was able to track the order online from collection to delivery...... They are promises, professionals. I was pleasantly impressed by the quality of the services offered. I warmly recommend them.

A nightmare experience
A nightmare experience, most part of my parcels arrived damaged, dirty and when a made a complaint, they said it's my fault because of the packaging.
Drivers collecting your stuff are basicaly throwing your parcels in the vans.
They changed the original packaging of one of my parcels with another one with no consent, stuff missing!!
Absolutely appaling!! I am trying to avoid a depression at the moment.

Send a parcel to my friend in Romania what arrived totally damaged! Then I have also insurance! And they just washed them hand because my friend doesn't know she have to make complaints straight away! You must to be ashame, you just charge a fortune and offer rubbish. Don't send parcels with them!!!!!

I canceled the order with them and used DHL. I would rather pay more and have good service than work with this trash company. The drivers are completely impertinent. I don't know how these incompetent and shameless people are hired - NU LUCRATI CU EI! -

Very polite and helpfull customer service, i sent in march 2022 2 pallets 900kg each and other two boxes arround 40kg each. . Best price on pallet, repeat customer service 10 stars help me with all documents for parcels
They destroyed my stuff !!!
NEVER AGAIN !!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHEMED OF YOURSELF. I send once a desk chair with them. It arrived destroyed. When they take the money, they take it immediately, but if something happened, thay ask you to do a formal complain and then to provide all receipts for the the products that you sent so they give you compensation, because they know that less then 10% will do this, and after they still don't guve you anything. I did put card and a lot of bubble wrap around it but they still find a way to brake it and they didn't take the responsibility for anything. The pass it to Fan Curier. I don't care about your collaborators. I sent it through you and it arrived destroyed and didn't get any compensation !!!

They’re not reliable
The driver seems to be a sort of wheeler dealer finding problems with the packaging and asking for cash in hand to collect it, making it look like he’s doing me a favour……
Will never use them again
Plus their office phone number is a premium line but nobody will unswer so better no bother to call them. For 13min of waiting I’ve been charged £8…..with no unswer.
