Great professional service and easy communication.

Engineer was very friendly and helpful. Did a service and identified some issues with our boiler as well. It was very easy to book a time in with the company, would recommend.

Found East Midlands Boilers online after being let down elsewhere and needing urgent help and I can’t rave about them enough. Very quick to fit us in, kind and friendly and excellent communication throughout. Very hardworking and nothing was too much for them. Really helped us out so will definitely use them again - 10 out of 10!!!!!

Just had east midlands boilers ltd out to install a new gas hob , after excepting my quote they where there the next day to carry out the work.
Very impressed with the service and will definitely recommend them .

I have used east Midlands boilers Ltd for a number of jobs, which have been time critical and for heating and hot water supplies that service 20-50 tenants.
All jobs have been completed professionally and in good time, they have worked late into nights some times in order to be able to meet expectations. I highly recommend them.

Just had a new boiler and radiators installation, outstanding job done. Great communication before and during the job, Richard and his team provided the excellent service, they are punctural, hardworking, easy going, pleasant and very professional high standard of care and quality. I would recommend more than 100% for everyone especially Hongkonger as I am from Hong Kong.

This company has done work for us for a few years now. Thorough work and reliable. They are busy and will always let you know in advance if any dates have to change. Also very helpful for aftercare and explaining how devices work.

I first contacted East Midlands Boilers in late November 2022. I left a message and my details for a call back as it was a weekend and on the following Monday Rich called me and arranged a visit to my flat as I needed central heating installing. True to his word, Rich came round a couple of days later and we discussed the options available. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable and kind he was explaining the options to me and immediately I felt I could put my trust in him and the company to carry out the work needed. Unfortunately for me I had a real issue with Cadent Gas who had to come and put a gas metre in which caused a big delay to the start of the work but even through this Rich kept in touch and was a real help. Eventually the work was carried out mid January and throughout the whole fitting process Rich and his team where outstanding in their care for the job, my home and tidying it up and hoovering at the end of the day. Nothing is too much for these lovely people. They where a pleasure to have in my home and the work ethic was very professional . I am finally warm after shivering through December and January and I would go beyond 5 stars if I could to recommended Rich and East Midlands Boilers to anybody who needs them. The date of my experience was Jan 2023 Trustpilot won’t let me change the date!

Great service from helpful and knowledgeable team. Responsive, friendly and really helpful, pleasure to have them in our home. Boiler service was efficient and they resolved a couple of other issues we had whilst here, quickly getting parts and sorting out leaks in our bath and washing machine. I have no hesitation in recommending Rich and EMB and will use again.

My boiler broke down in November and I contacted East Midlands Boilers in order to obtain a quote. Upon leaving a message, I received a call back within the hour to arrange an appointment to provide me with a quote, explaining the different types of boilers available and the difference in price for each boiler. I received the quote within 24 hours of their visit. Richard, was the Engineer who came to install the new boiler and explained how the boiler worked, and how best to control and make the best use of the boiler throughout the year, before leaving. The service I received from East Midlands Boilers, in particular from Richard, was a very professional service from start to finish. He was polite, courteous and extremely tidy. The quotes provided to me for the different options in boilers, were very reasonable for the excellent quality of service and work provided. I would recommend this company without hesitation, to anyone who needs work carrying out on their boiler, or like me, needed a totally new boiler installing.

The service was great. Daniel, the Engineer was very efficient and knew exactly what he was doing. Serviced our boiler and fixed our loft room radiator which was not heating. Gave us useful information about how to keep temperature of each radiator so that heating in each room is efficient. Thank you again Richard and Daniel the Engineer for your excellent services!!!

My Boiler broke down on 19/12/2022. I found East Midlands Boiler online and send an enquiry through, East Midlands Boiler sent me a text message asking if I still require their services, I reply back and an Engineer gave me a call straight away. I explained the issue and the Engineer knew exactly what was wrong, they made an appointment and visited my home on the 20/12/2022, ordered the part and came back on the 21/12/2022 to fit the part, My Boiler started to work and I haven't had any issues since, the Engineer was very polite and efficient, It was also nice to know I had someone who knew what they were doing. On the 19th before I found East Midlands Boiler, I had another Engineer out from another company who charged me £50 for the visit and £25 to do what ever he did, that same night when I was having a shower there was no hot water, I rang him in the morning and he told us to buy X800 cleaner, he had no interest in coming back to fix our Boiler. I was lucky to find East Midlands Boiler and really happy with their service and if I have any problems in the future at least I have someone I can trust.
