Extremely disappointed


Extremely disappointed. The print I ordered was genuinely great quality, but it wasn’t the size clearly advertised on the website.

I reached out to customer service, and Rosie was unhelpful she insisted the issue was with the frame I ordered, not the print itself. It’s very unusual to advertise a print in inches and then send a completely different size.

No refund or reprint was offered, just told to buy another frame. Messages were then ignored.

A real shame, as the product quality was there, but the service completely let it down. Avoid.

Avoid!

I sent an item back to the returns address they gave me.

Royal Mail attempted delivery on 21 August and 27 August.

I'm not sure why nobody is available to receive the item, or if Royal Mail cannot find their address even though they told me they had "added instructions via the Royal Mail portal"

They are now asking me to confirm the address details I gave Royal Mail, which was the address they gave me and the Royal Mail tracking says "you've already requested a change (of address)"

So I have no idea why they're simultaneously asking me confirm delivery address whilst requesting a change!

It all feels like an attempt to avoid receiving the item back and processing my refund
