I successfully ordered a product online…
I successfully ordered a product online and expected to receive an email confirming my order... which I never received. However, I DID immediately receive an email asking me to open an account. I foolishly did not write down the order number, so I attempted to contact Customer Service online and by phone (impossible) to no avail. At this point, I'm not sure if I should contact my credit card company and stop payment, or just wait?
