Easwe Mobility
Easwe Mobility, you already have all of this information.
I have been communicating by email with Fiona from your company for approximately two months regarding this exact order, the wheelchair, the product-quality issue, the return, and the refund. She has the order information, correspondence, and details of the entire matter in writing.
Therefore, I do not understand why your response now asks me to provide the same information again. Please simply review the correspondence with Fiona and ask her for the complete file. She already has everything you are asking me to provide.
This is not a matter of me being unable to identify my order. Your company already has all of the information.
I paid $1,899 Canadian dollars and received a refund of $1,649 Canadian dollars. I returned the wheelchair because of a product-quality issue, and I am seeking the remaining $250 Canadian dollars that I believe should have been refunded.
I have already spent approximately two months trying to resolve this matter with your company. The entire return and refund process has been extremely exhausting and stressful, and dealing with this unresolved situation has also affected my health.
I should not have to repeatedly provide information that is already in your company’s possession. After two months of correspondence with Fiona, I am asking Easwe to review the existing records, speak with Fiona, and address the actual refund dispute.
I hope your company will now resolve this matter fairly and return the $250 Canadian dollars that remains outstanding.
