Absolute catastrophe. Ordered and noted in multiple places that I needed the bag after 5 days, which was reasonable as 2 days was promised. called on day 2 and 3, hard to get somebody on the phone. Was ensured it would arrive on day 5. Multiple times! Certainly, it came the following week. too late. Am allowed to return, but got to pay shipping a second time. and they do not really make it easy to return.

Terrible shop with absolute disrespect of the customer.

I ordered one pair of skis and bindings to be delivered from France to Germany.

There were a few emails re: binding sizes but they turned up in good time and fitted perfectly.

But they also replied fairly quickly (that’s a good sign).

I then bought another pair for skis and bindings for my wife. (and they helped on email with some binding recommendations).

The skis also turned up in good time and fitted her boots perfectly.

Plus the price of good quality, new season, Rossignol skis was very reasonable.

I would use them again (if the price is still good).

All good and quick turnaround for support. Well-packed. New skis ready for the game...

I ordered a pair of skis in November. The courier lost my package the first week of December. Now is almost January and they still don’t want to refund me or ship another item.

Website says 3 items in stock but after the payment I receive an email saying item no longer in stock. Still waiting for my refund. Would not recommend buying anything from them again.

ordered and paid on December the 12th... wrote for news about the shipping after 1 week an d they wrote back that was about to be shipped... the on the 20th I receive a PayPal refund and e-mail telling the item wasn't available any longer. End of the story: Christmas without present for my daughter. Why didn't they just informed me right away? Why taking more that a working week to do so?
