Excellent service, problem dealt with very efficiently and honestly

If everything goes well it's not so easy to know if it's just plain luck, but when a machine is damaged in transit you can really find out just who you are dealing with. Having quickly established that the PC was definitely acting weird, they picked it up the next day from a different address and then redelivered a replacement machine a day or so later on a Saturday morning. Both deliveries were pre-notified within the hour also, very handy indeed and very rare. All dealings with Easy-PC were very efficiently and competently handled, also, sadly, pretty rare, and so well worth knowing about this company!
