I used Easy.Auction for three years from 2020 through 2023 and through most of that time, their team was very responsive.

Unfortunately, my experience since resigning for their service has been a complete disaster. Unlike the prior years, they changed their pricing structure to tiers. It seems to me that they are prioritizing responses to the higher-paying tiers.

The latest example is the fact my website housing the auctions using their system has been down all weekend. I alerted them to this fact on Sunday afternoon East Coast time. It is now the afternoon in the Netherlands on Monday, AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE.

Ive been working with easy bids for a short time and my experience has been great. Their support team is second to none. The have solved any request I've had within 24 hours or less. I look forward to a long relationship with them.

I'm just starting up. It looks quite easy to setup, just some small issues, they were resolved quickly.
If done some test auctions and it looks solid. They had to change a bit to optimize. I'm thrilled to getting my company started, the website looks set to getting started. highly recommended.

I used Easy Auction for 9 days and it cost me £75 for a medium package. The price was very expensive and not worth it. I wouldn't use them again and found them only interested in getting my money as fast as possible.

I'd recommend looking for something with a better website design and develop your own style of auction. I've lost £75 but I've realised that I need to check out a much better design for auctions and not go for the top rating on Google.

Easy Auction pay for this rating and this is how they get their customers. Don't waste your money like I did and sign up to them and instead shop around for a much better deal and a much better Auction provider.

They should rename themselves from 'Easy Auction' to 'Easy Money' because that's what their getting every time someone signs up to their website.
