Delivery got delivered 2 days late at the shop I went to pick it up I pack was broken and they were completely the wrong tiles wrong colour wrong make so ordered the correct ones in shop promised they would be here by Tuesday now I've had another email saying Wednesday now I've had about 7 or 8 emails with the wrong order on wanting paying and I've already payed wrong amount of tiles on them I'm keeping my fingers crossed hoping it's right on weds also saying it's kerb side delivery only that means my wife will have to bring them in as I'm working

We completed a loft conversion at the end of 2025 and decided to use Easy Bathrooms Aylesbury to provide our ensuite bathroom.
The customer service is excellent, they designed and supplied our ensuite, delivery was fast and convenient, the of the products was brilliant and the finished product matched the design perfectly.
Really happy with the finished product.

En-Suite Installation, Chalfont St Peter.

We had a new en-suite installed, purchased from Easy Bathrooms, Aylesbury. Femi, Kajal & Steven were all extremely helpful, professional, friendly and knowledgeable, amendments to the original order were handled seamlessly. They have provided invaluable support throughout the whole process.

Amy in the Installations office was very helpful, arranging & co-ordinating the dates for the install very efficiently and keeping us informed at all times.

Ruslan, Vitali, Igor & the 2 Yuris of the installation team were excellent, professional, tidy, knowledgeable, hard-working with an excellent eye for the tiniest detail. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys and they went above and beyond the scope of works.

There were a couple of issues with delivery (some stock damaged in transit which needed to be replaced), but the Warranty team were extremely helpful and resolved the issues, replacing the items in a timely manner and absorbing any additional costs. I dealt with James briefly and he was very good, but I dealt mostly with Bradley who is an absolute superstar, nothing was too much trouble and he has such a great manner and rapport with customers. He says he will do something and he does it!

Overall, it was a great experience, Easy Bathrooms can be very proud of their staff and product.

I would definitely use Easy Bathrooms Aylesbury again.

Delivery was timely and adjustable to my time scales . Follow up call to check everything

Very poor salesmanship at the Aylesbury branch. Salesman sold us a bathroom without any supports / brackets for the shower screen - this delayed our bathroom install by 3 days and cost us extra ££ - and oversold us 40% on wall tiles - either due to poor measurement skills or an intentional oversell. 36 brand new tiles left over worth over £250 which we basically have to bin.

It's 2025 guys - act responsibly and respect the planet, don't sell people stuff they don't need.

They refused to take the tiles back - despite being sealed in boxes

Will never use these guys again - another faceless sales driven operation

The sales guy at Aylesbury, Stephen was great. Very positive and good at communicating. The standard of bathroom was good and so was the choice. We were though disappointed how many of the large tiles we ordered had chips or were broken and given that each tile was nearly £40 each this is very, very disappointing. Tiles are non-refundable so you would expect them to arrive in immaculate condition. You are only given two days to check them to bring up issues, but when your project is a couple of weeks away that timescale seems unreasonably unfair. You are hardly likely to unpack them there and then. Even replacement tiles had chips. Would use the company again for general bathroom ware but think twice of purchasing tiles from them.

I'm very pleased with sales team at the Aylesbury branch, who helped us to choose and order our new bathrooom suite during a promotional sale. Very easy!

Walked in was greated with smiles from both staff. Was dealt with efficiently and was on my way
