Update 4th September
I feel compelled to post this review as a warning to others thinking of getting easybathrooms to install their new bathroom. I feel so extremely disappointed and let down by the the installers and easybathrooms. I will just post the response from the area installation manager to the concerns I raised. The installers have absolutely no remorse or empathy to the stress I have been put under. This bathroom has cost me just shy of £14000.
1 You were incorrectly informed of the completion of the bathroom on the 18th July, as such you were forced to source alternative facilities through friends/family until completion.
2 An old soil pipe fitting was not initially blocked off, this caused waste water to escape when flushing the toilet. This has now been rectified (went on for 4 days)
3 Despite the supplied images indicating the radiator was significantly raised above the floor, it was fitted low to the floor. This has since been rectified.
4 The condensing pipe from the boiler has been rerouted, this may affect any on going servicing contract you have with another company. I will ensure the installer arranges for a certified gas engineer to attend and assess/rectify any potential issues that might affect any contract you have. (Still waiting, the condensing pipe was rerouted by a plumber and not a gas safe engineer)
I then developed a serious leak under the basin housing unit. One of the installers came out last Thursday. I had to ask what the problem was, he wasnt going to tell me. The wall behind and underneath the unit was soaking and I had to put a towel underneath. A seal on a joint hadn't been sealed properly, the wall beneath the unit now has a big crack and will need filling and sanding down. I asked when this was going to be done. The response "I will ask installer number 1"
When I organised the installation of my bathroom I arranged to go away for 11 days (9 working days) thinking this would be long enough as there was no major building work to be done. I organised my decorator to come in this week to paint the bathroom when the installation was planned to start on the 8th July . I have had to move her because of the leak which is not only a major inconvenience for her but for me as her diary is full until mid October. When I mentioned this to the installer last Thursday his response "I can only apologise" just a throw away comment.
Thursday 4th September UPDATE
I wish I had had a more positive update to post but sadly that is far from the case. I have decided to come back to TRUSTPILOT as a way
of putting this whole disappointing,
expensive saga behind me. I am so
sorry my posts have been so long but
I wanted to lay bare the absolute
disgusting way I have been treated by easybathrooms.com. My mental health has suffered (anxiety and stress) and I am at a complete loss as to how a company as big as easybathrooms.com can treat a 76 woman with such disregard and arrogance, it's beyond my
comprehension. Update since my first post.
Monday 11th August Posted TRUSTPILOT. PM 11th Noel regional manager for the North of England phoned me after reading my post. Main points. I didn't need a gas safe engineer full stop. Because I had to
change the date of my decorator
coming in because of the leak I was
offered £250 compensation (2 days
work for my decorator) my decorator is coming in 3rd week in October.
Monday 18th August Gas safe
engineer came organised by one of the installers. He had phoned Worcester and sent them a picture of the rerouted condensing pipe. Worcester were not happy with the way the pipe had been rerouted, Michael put forward a suggestion which Worcester were happy with. Both Noel and Mark categorical said I didn't need a gas safe engineer (neither one is a gas safe engineer) I am absolutely positive Domestic and General would have said my boiler was unsafe when they came out to service it. Mark the installer said the condensing pipe was not part of the boiler, the gas safe engineer said it was likened to a flue!
Tuesday 19th August Mark came out to finish sanding down the wall under the hand basin unit. Within an hour I had a call from the installation team asking me to sign off the bathroom. I said yes it was now finished. I then said I hadn't heard from Noel. PM Call from Anthony Bailey area installation manager. He would email me with the offer from Noel, I was to confirm and send my bank details. NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING.
Anthony Bailey told me that if he stopped giving work to a installer he hasn't got another installer to replace them. That means they would continue to use an installer even if his work was poor!
And don't think trustpilot@easybathrooms are looking into your concerns. It's all to give the impression of a company who cares and that is far from the truth. Don't use easybathrooms to install your new bathroom. THIS COULD HAPPEN TO YOU.

Poor communication
Truro shower had broken and had to pay for a replacement part, albeit the 'Warranty' states 10 years. They said that the thermostatic cartridge is meant to be cleaned every so often. However its not a easy part to be removing as it is built into the shower, plus the o-rings will start to wear will continuous removing and reinstalling.
They called me to say the replacement part had arrived (I thought it would be covered under warranty) however they only mentioned that I needed to pay for it once I arrived at the store.
Warranty is a load of rubbish!

Visited the Barnsley store with no idea what we were doing after being sent in by our fitter who buys from them. Spoke to Gina who was brilliant and helped us design our Bathroom. Never thought of moving stuff round but she did and it looks better than we could have hoped. She was patient and made helpful suggestions which really helped us. Would have no hesitation in recommending her and Easy Bathrooms.

Worse customer service ever …
We spent over 5k and we had an issue with tiles that clearly had a fault
The after sales care by the female employee at the Barnsley store was the worse customer service I have ever received.
The fault in tiles was later identified and the tiles swapped but not before causing a two day delay and an extra days wage to the tiler all because of the unhelpful attitude
It transpired that the bathroom fitter as stopped using easy bathrooms all because of the attitude of the said female employee and he went as far as to say if he had known I was buying from there he would have told me not to because of poor customer service

Easy to order online but not great at store
Easy to order online and had discount on, I ordered online to collect at store in Barnsley. The only issue I had was the lady who called me to say the order was ready at 16:40pm wanted me to collect the same day before they closed as they had a ‘big delivery’ coming the next day - I explained I was at an appointment and would be coming after work the next day at 3pm. The lady persisted to say can I come before work as they normally tell people to pick them up asap due to small closet like storage room - I felt this was not great customer service as the size of the storage room at your depot is not my problem. If it hadn’t had been for this encounter I would have recommended the company to other people.
Good knowledge at showroom and quality…
Good knowledge at showroom and quality products delivery was very good
