EB in BOLTON is the only store worth dealing with!
Easy Bathrooms in BOLTON restored my faith in common sense and people who actually care about customers. Karen and Simon were AMAZING. I won’t go into full detail but let’s just say I had an issue with my tile order from a different EB store and it was only by chance that I found Karen from the Bolton store who was able and willing to rectify my issue. Queen!! The original store AND customer services were a case of ‘computer says no’ and they refused to help. Don’t get me wrong, the product is great, but it’s only thanks to K and S that it looks ace now it’s up - and they don’t even get the sale on their figures. That is my only regret… but you don’t have to make the same mistake… If you want to make sure buying a bathroom is a fully rounded and decent experience where common sense and customer care are applied, make sure you deal with Easy Bathrooms in Bolton. And they have a fab showroom - way bigger and better than any of the others I visited. Thanks K&S! You are the best.

The team at Bolton were so helpful. They made things easy and smooth. We want to thank Simon especially who was really informative and supportive from the moment we walked into the Easybathroom shop on Bolton. Thanks to them, we were able to get our beautiful bathroom before Christmas!

Simon at the Bolton store has been…
Simon at the Bolton store has been simply amazing! From us waking in with no idea what we wanted we now have an amazing bathroom, ensuite and loo! He has been an absolute godsend with his advice and super helpful attitude. Nothing has been too much trouble and we were a bit of a pain if being honest!! Always available for after care too! Oh and amazing value too - our bathrooms look mega high end for a fraction of the price!

Really happy Bolton easy bath
Very helpful, advice was excellent,Simon even made a home visit to measure up flooring and wall panels Danny advised on rainfall shower and enclosure also put us in touch with a bathroom fitter Danny Campbell who did a fantastic job.We now have a fabulous functional bathroom,the quality of easy bath Products is outstanding thanks again to all the staff at easy bath Bolton😃 Anthony & Robina 👍very happy

Knowledgeable staff, helpful during installation, no complaints
Delighted with the advice from staff about installing modern panels in the bathroom instead of tiles which can lead to mouldy grout issues. Even during installation, they had odd bits in to complete the job on the day. Delighted with the flooring, again not tiles and very easy to install. Less labour for sure !
