Visited Easy Bathrooms on Bank holiday Monday for a design appointment with Vicki.
Vicki has a thorough grasp of bathroom design concepts and quickly established our requirements. A very pleasant young lady and a credit to Easy Bathrooms.

I wanted to say thankyou to Paige and Vicky at the Bradford Foster Square shop for supporting us through the design and finish of our now beautiful bathroom.

The new layout has given us a little more space, Thankyou for the suggestion to move the sink next to the shower.

The tiles look so luxurious and expensive, the fear of having dark tiles in a small bathroom now seems an over statement, the uniform colour actually makes it look bigger, Thankyou to Paige who supported us with tile choice.

Thankyou for supporting the project from start to finish and open to returns of items that were not needed.

We are so pleased with our beautiful bathroom.

Easy Bathrooms Bradford, our customer service was excellent with all correspondence with Paige made easy.

Guidance with who to have our installation with being MA Installations, further assistance was provided by Rob and Callum making delivery and fitting painless.

This allowed for the finished product to be as desired.

The showroom is beautifully set up. Staff don't bother you whilst you look around. Paige designed my bathroom and worked with me swapping and changing some bits. She is very professional, polite and helpful.
Ma Installations Ltd installed the bathroom. Rob and Callum are brilliant. They are friendly, professional and care about their customers. Easy Bathrooms and Ma Installations have given me my dream bathroom without having to worry. I would definitely recommend them.

Great experience after having been let down on other projects,We Met with Paige to have free design consultation no pressure selling just good solid advice from start to finish walked through each item of what was needed did not try to push products we did not want or need and placed subsequent order. Order was delivered on the day of install @8:00am I had MA - Installations to fit the bathroom,Rob was absolutely brilliant cannot recommend him highly enough turned up on time and communicated with us throughout the install to make sure it was how we wanted it great trades person will use again for other projects

Visited Easy bathrooms in Foster square retail park Paige was very knowledgeable and helped advise on the best use of space MA-Installations quoted and completed all works to a very high standard Rob was great with advise with how things should look I would highly recommend MA-Installations and will use for any future works

Very disappointed to be informed of £75 delivery charge after choosing tiles. Store manager said they had insufficient space to store the order - 12 sqm. Ridiculous. Will never buy from Easy Bathrooms again.

Vicki was so friendly, helpful and patient. She sat with us for well over two hours as we made our choices. She used her extensive expertise to ensure that we ended up with the best possible outcome and we’re truly very grateful.

Professional service delivered with a smile.

I had placed an order on the website for tiles, upon delivery once they were offloaded I noticed the top 2 packs had broken tiles in them (hoping the packs stored further down are not the same). I informed the delivery driver who assured me he would arrange for another 2 packs to come, this didn't happen and talking via email wasn't the smoothest process. I went down to my local branch as I wanted to order further items aswell. Paige was very helpful not only with helping me get the right products but with arranging the replacement tiles. In future I will just go in branch.

I don’t often name individuals or give credit to people doing their job, but Paige at Bradford has been outstanding, a few problems with layout ideas this end and furniture availability at yours but Paige made some very good recommendations and nothing was too much trouble. So glad I listened to her. Made things much easier, no doubt at her expense and workload, would not deal with anyone but her in the future, a credit to the business

We went to EasyBathrooms Bradford after doing some research on line. From beginning to end Paige was helpful in designing our bathroom. She was knowledgeable about products and what would work well together in our space. She was patient as we changed our minds several times about tiles. She recommended MA Installations who were excellent. Rob and Callum did a first class job in fitting the bathroom and tiling and nothing was too much trouble for them and they finished ahead of schedule.

Just had a consultation with Paige Burgess Hall at the Bradford branch. She was absolutely brilliant, very friendly and professional. She talked me through the different options available to me and services they offered. She is very knowledgeable and showed me around the showroom, talking me through the different styles of bathrooms that could work for us. She’s booked us in for a design consultation, which I can’t wait. Really enjoyed exploring different ideas with her and she was really passionate about her job and designing bathrooms.
I would highly recommend going into see her if you’re looking for a new bathroom. She’s lovely. Thanks Paige and see you soon 😊

Vicki & Paige at Bradford greeted me straight away and asked if I needed any assistance. They were very helpful but not pushy. Excellent customer service
