We recently had our bathroom renovation completed by Easy Bathrooms, and we are delighted with the result. Jon at the Cheltenham showroom has been extremely helpful throughout the process, right from our initial meeting through to getting the installation date and after sales care. The quality of the furniture and tiles is excellent and everything was delivered very well packaged on large pallets - no breakages to report thankfully. Our delivery men Jason and Mick deserve a special mention, they were friendly, thorough and careful with the delivery, and unloaded everything into our garage - it definitely is worth considering upgrading to the two man team if you have a large delivery as tiles and furniture are very heavy items.

Our installers Colin and Nico worked very hard to get everything right, and completed the work in under two weeks. When we did spot an issue with a mismatch of the patterned tiles in the wall niche, they rectified quickly and the quality of the finish was very high. We did find a small amount of damage on the toilet seat, and again this was rectified very quickly with a call to the showroom and an email of the damage - a new one was sent out to us in a matter of days.

The only negative I can think of is that the step between ordering the bathroom and getting a date for installation took a lot longer than I expected, and communication in this area could have been better. I was really pleased that Jon in the Cheltenham showroom could act as a middle man for resolving issues and ensuring that things kept moving in the right direction. He helped to minimise the stress that embarking on a bathroom renovation can cause and made the process much more enjoyable.

We are so happy with the final product, it was a great decision for us and I would definitely recommend Easy Bathrooms to anyone looking to give their bathroom a fresh new look with a quality finish.

Tiles were late coming to the store in Cheltenham, only ordered 3 boxes, of the same tile , goods loaded into my car by the staff only to get home and find one box incorrect, another trip to the store aga

Bought a toilet. Easy transaction. Ready to collect after 2 days. Was heavy. Did help lift it into car as no one else there !

Good quality product and friendly and helpful service.
However they did not mention or did not realise that the surround for the bath was not a fit and would have to be trimmed by the installer.

Needed replacement part. Called local branch who sorted it all out for me quickly.

We ordered 2 bathrooms instore in Cheltenham, when 1st being installed lots of issues with wrong things ordered, wrong colours provided despite us ordering correctly in store. Toilet not ordered at all despite ordering the cistern, wrong showers provided, wrong colour knobs provided, promised they could get the right colour flush but them not ordering this despite saying they had. It's been a total disaster and caused us a lot of stress and extra money. They are being less than helpful in the store despite manager admitting it is all their fault. The boy who did the order was far too inexperienced to deal with such a big order and has totally messed it all up. We are paying our fitter extra whilst this is resolved so we are out of pocket, we've had to buy shower screens, knobs and a toilet from a different company all extra to what we've already paid because they now say they cant provide us with what we ordered and they won't refund us until they've collected the items, which won't be for weeks!! Absolute shamble and will advise everyone to avoid at all costs. Customer service after they've taken your money is non existent, despite them admitting all ordering issues were their fault.

Jon was fantastic, sorted out an issue with an item that was not delivered very efficiently. Will definitely use Easy bathrooms again
