Marianna, Chichester Branch, was very helpful and patient with me as I wasn't sure what I really wanted.
I am grateful for her help and am extremely pleased with the overall finish.

Every thing turned up no damage.The planning team were brilliant.

I visited Easy Bathrooms in Chichester on 12 Feb 26 and was surprised at the range of shower equipment open to view.Pleasant reception and description of products further contributed to a successful visit. The shower is now installed and looks great!

This really was a case of choosing a bathroom made easy. I was very impressed by the friendly manner of Mariana and her product knowledge. As for the showroom, everything was nicely presented and not overcrowded. A very pleasant experience, on top of which, I now have a delightful bathroom.

All the staff were really friendly and helpful. But what surprised me was though there was less choice that the bigger tile retailers, they were much more beautiful, as though someone had hand-chosen them. I've already recommended Easy Bathrooms to friends.

Marriana at the Chichetser branch was great. She made the whole process really easy and gave wonderful customer service.

I felt confident that everything I asked was answered with complete understanding and knowledge of the products.

From the point of making contact and visiting the store the customer service was outstanding. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff especially Matt. As a business I need to be able to work with a company I can trust and be able to send my clients for advise and products. I advised my client to visit Matt who was very helpful and ensured my client walked away happy purchasing everything they needed with ease. Would highly recommend easy bathrooms and I will definitely be using the business again for my future projects.

Service absolutely terrible ordered radiator helps was told they would arrive at a certain time. They did not their they were told they were arrived another time they did not then I was told that these radiator valves would not arrive for six weeks later so I had to order different ones which don’t look as good as my first choice after spending £6000 on my bathroom sweet so not very happy ended up going somewhere else to get the radiator valves now I need to go back to easy bathroom for the fourth time to take back ones that were okay

The showroom shows a good amount of possibilities, when more products are required they went above and beyond.

I’ve reviewed this lot before, bought the kit for all three bathrooms when doing a new build, so far two shower mixers have seized, two towel rail elements blown and now a shower fitting (cheap plastic) broken. The 10 year warranty ‘small print’ says no ‘moving parts’ are included. Buyer beware !!!

Very helpful friendly staff, and a good selection,made choosing our kitchen tiles easier. The price was very competitive too.
