Bought a bathroom sink unit for which we had to buy the handle separately; however, we didn't need the handle, so we took it back to them for a refund. The lady kept the handle and said that the Head office would contact us and action the refund. It's been a month and no refund, she didn't give a kind receipt that we had returned stating that we would receive an email, and we believed her and now have no proof that we took it back.

Went into the Derby store in the hope of getting a bathroom refit cost. As a family we have never done this before and didn’t know where to start. Thankfully we were seen by Gary and he couldn’t done enough. It all went very smoothly and he even helped with the design
