Shannon took our rough draft of our plans, left us to browse and on return to reception, we were treated with plans and visuals if what our room would look like.
Product knowledge and creative ideas were excellent, time taken to move ideas in and out.
Very relaxed experience, gave us more thoughts on what we can achieve.

A beautiful bathroom shop in Gilesgate. First impressions was sales people didn’t jumped on you as soon as you walked in - Scott let us know he was there if we had any questions but held back in a good way to let us look around. The shop is set out superb with plenty choice.
When we decided what we wanted Scott again helped us match everything up and advised all options available - he even made us a coffee. Scott was organised, knowledgeable and friendly.
We have our delivery planned soon and I hope everything is as smooth as it has been so far.

From start to finish we were looked after by Sean…and wot a pleasure he was he sorted everything and went above and beyond…he really is an asset to the company…and I absolutely love my new bathroom it’s top quality at very reasonable prices with the added extra piece of mind and aftercare…very very happy customers and highly recommended *****
