The staff at at Gloucester and also Cheltenham were extremely helpful gave really good advise, nothing was too much trouble. I had a cupboard missing from my delivery and I received the missing item three days later, excellent service. I am also very pleased with the quality of the furniture and tiles we ordered. I would like to mention Susie who was the Manager at Gloucester was particularly helpful. Each time I visited the store the staff were very welcoming

The team at Easy is brilliant, and Suzi and Aaron made the process truly easy. They know their stuff and made the whole process stress-free, with an end product to die for!

Service and quality of the products

We had a bath delivered that was damaged and because we fitted the last to be able to stand the bath up to them be able to take the protection off we were told this is now our responsibility. This is shocking service,
We were offed a £76 refund and to keep the damaged bath, or to keep the damaged bath at full cost and them purchase another new bath at 60% discount and then pay again for delivery of that item.

I will no longer use easy bathrooms because of this.

This was not decided by the store staff, they are great, this is customer services

Good range. Very helpful staff and accommodating when we had to make a couple of changes. Value for money. Would definitely recommend them.

Great design service, Suzi was helpful and full of excellent ideas. Was great to be able to visit the showroom and actually see what I was buying. Fingers crossed that the installation service is as good as the showroom.

Great help to solve the issues in two bathrooms for my “very old age”.

She organised two bathrooms for us, her attention to detail was impeccable and she ensured we had all the components necessary for installation.
I will certainly use Easy Bathrooms again and highly rate the products and service.

From the moment we walked into the showroom suzzi made us very welcome polite professional and knowledgeable we found the whole process easy and worry free the delivery was first class when arranged extremely well packed and of great quality. Will be recommending them to friends and family if I need to ill definitely use them again without hesitation 👍

Didn’t really know what I wanted to have in my small bathroom. Was guided round and design made. Delivered on stated day. When fitted all looked great. Thank you.

Product is really good quality, I would of given a 5 but I am still awaiting a refund for a returned item that was ordered incorrect. I've currently been waiting 3 weeks and I still haven't received my money back and I was charged for the redelivery of the incorrect product which is a joke but I needed the product changing. I will be calling again for the second time to chase my refund as not heard anything back.

All deliveries and transactions went smoothly

Great Customer Experience - we recently visited the Gloucester branch (on several occasions). The showroom was huge and allowed us to actually see almost all the items we ended up buying. Whilst all the team were polite and helpful, Suzi was amazing . She was patient with us on every visit, she offered advice when asked, answered numerous queries and followed up each e-mail quickly and professionally. She always had a smile and never seemed frustrated (we asked a lot of questions). Everything was delivered on date promised. Would definitely recommend

I needed a shower tray v quickly as my plumber was already on site. Easy Bathrooms were able to provide the right tray very quickly, so he could pick it up. We are happy with the tray which fits the space well

Bought some tiles from Easy bathrooms but to my surprise quite a few were broken. I could not check and report within 48 hours as these are heavy and it was not possible for me to lift every single tile and inspect but was hoping these would of been handed with care and checks properly conducted. The fitting day has arrived and to my surprise these were not enough as quite a few were broken. After contacting the company and provided evidence i was told they don't know how long it will take for a response, let alone a replacement. And this is whilst i had the fitter on standby which will now cost me more for him to wait or return to finish the job. If i knew i would of gone to B&Q as they would of sorted it then and there. Lessons learned not to buy from a retailer that does not have stock in the showroom and has to be delivered from their warehouse at the time it suits them. Never again with Easy Bathrooms.

I paid my deposit on January 4th for a full bathroom refit with installation. Initially I was given March as an installation date. After much chasing I was told first week of May. I chased again that week and was told the week of June 16th. On June 13th I chased for an exact date and was told August 18th. This was when the saga became beyond ridiculous. I cancelled the whole thing. I'm patient but there are limits, 8 months of waiting is bonkers! After stating that I was cancelling they got back to me and offered 17th June and £500 off. Too little too late, I'd already lost all confidence the company. Easy Bathroom's is a complete misnomer, Pain-in-the-Arse-Bathrooms would be more appropriate. Do not use the installation service for this company as it doesn't appear to exist!!

From start to finish Easy Bathrooms, kept us updated from delivery to installation.
We are so so pleased with our bathroom having the bath removed and a walk in shower installed.
The fitter was very professional and we are so so pleased, what an amazing job..
