Easy Bathrooms - Orpington Reviews 31

I booked an appointment with Easy Bathrooms for 11am on 26/08/25 to have someone come out and take measurements of my bathroom. Nobody arrived, so I called later in the day to find out what happened.

Instead of an apology, I was told (twice) that I had supposedly missed an in-store appointment. I corrected both the assistant and the manager that the appointment was clearly for home measurements, which I had been waiting for. The manager then admitted the assistant had entered the details incorrectly but offered no apology, only that the staff member wasn’t in that day.

I had already taken time off for this visit, and given the confusion and poor customer service, I decided not to reschedule. If such a simple appointment was handled so poorly, I had concerns about the reliability of a full bathroom order.

Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience and I won’t be using Easy Bathrooms going forward.

Thank you for your response. As I decided not to proceed with an order after my experience, I don’t have an order number to provide. My review relates specifically to the handling of the initial appointment, where nobody attended and the lack of apology or accountability when I raised the issue. I feel it’s important to share this so that future customers are aware and can double-check their bookings.

Tanya at Orpington was really helpful and we now have a magnificent bathroom coming!

I purchased a shower cubicle and tray on the 19th July and paid for delivery at a cost of £75.00. They were supposed to deliver on Thursday the 24th July. My wife stayed indoors all day but nothing until she got a call to say that the items were ready for collection! A revised delivery date was then arranged for Thursday the 31st July, I received an email on the 29th July confirming the delivery. My wife again stayed in all day but nothing. When I rang the Orpington branch I was told that they had tried to call us 2/3 days ago and because there was no answer they cancelled the delivery. neither my wife or I had any missed calls so we were lied to. I gave them 2 options, deliver on Saturday or cancel and give me my money back. I was told that they cannot deliver on Saturday so would cancel my order and give me my money back and to expect a call from their accounts department either that day (Friday) or Monday. Needless to say no call. I rang them again on the 6th August and I was told that they will email the accounts department to chase them up. I asked that I be copied into the email and they agreed. No emails received. Appalling service, keep getting lied to.

Friendly helpful staff. Ordering was easy and delivered on time. Few items were out of stock when ordered but were sent as soon as they were available. Very pleased with quality of items and very happy with the final result.

They have zero customer service. I bought 2 bathroom radiators which I requested to return one of them because we changed the theme for one of the bathrooms and they made me pay £40 in order for them to come and collect it and they did not come to collect it or reply to any of my emails that I’ve been sending them asking when it can be collected it’s been so many months. There’s a limit of everything and they’ve pushed it way too far. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone regardless of how cheap their products are.

I'm now on my second bathroom ordered with Tanya at the Orpington store. She has an amazing talent for matching furniture and tiles as well as optimising the best layout of the room. With her vast knowledge of stock and her experience Tanya has made this process of choosing an amazing bathroom very easy.

Really happy to recognise Tanya in the Orpington store. I was shopping in a local business next door and in the market for kitchens and bathrooms. I went into Easy Bathrooms and was so impressed with the knowledge and care Tanya spoke to me about my projects. It is so rare to find someone in this day and age who can even engage in a conversation let alone parting me with several thousands of pounds that I was happy to do as she knew everything about me and my requirements I felt super comfortable in her care.

Well done and I can't wait to see the finished job
