The team at the Oxford showroom were always very friendly and helpful and provided a good level of service, particularly at the outset during the design phase. The delivery drivers have also all been friendly and helpful. All of the items we’ve bought from Easy Bathrooms have been good quality and we are very happy with our new bathrooms.
Unfortunately the deliveries themselves have let the side down. Following our main delivery (which to be fair was very smooth) we had two separate sets of tiles which needed to be delivered at a later date once they were in stock. Both times we experienced multiple failed deliveries, and delivery of incorrect tiles before we eventually received our tiles. This led to delays in our bathroom work being completed, which was really inconvenient. Easy Bathrooms need to tighten up their processes here, as this really let the side down.
Apart from this, our experience was positive overall.

John helped me all the way through my bathroom project. He was able to tell me about all the products and had a good understanding of what I was looking for. I was really anxious about it as my bathroom is a small space and he came and measured which was so helpful. When it came to the delivery I was less happy as the delivery was kerbside and the driver was rude and abrupt. John helped out again. I felt looked after all the way through and now I have a fabulous bathroom.

We received such a great service from William Dontot at the Oxford branch. He gave us as much time as we needed to design our bathroom and choose the right fittings. And he was so patient with us as we kept changing our minds. Excellent, would easily recommend.

Poor experience in Oxford. The team were very nice when I went in for the first time but from there it was a catalogue of errors. Firstly they booked the wrong delivery date, so I had my builder in to rip out my old bathroom ready for the new one arriving on the agreed date, but it never turned up. The salesman admitted that he’d booked the wrong delivery date which would now be a week later. When the items finally turned up there was a big scratch on the bath. To be fair they replaced it without fuss but it was another delay to the building work. Finally there was one item that couldn’t be delivered for a month after everything else which I agreed to but on the delivery date nothing came and I heard nothing from Easy Bathrooms. I waited another three days and still nothing so I went in to speak to the salesman who just said it was coming ‘next week’ and he’d been ‘monitoring it’. But he hadn’t thought to let us know there was another long delay. I’m still waiting for that item 8 days later. They assure me it’ll be here in 4 days time…
