Great range, great people.
Easy Bathrooms has a distinctive range of bathroom furniture on offer. I found the staff in the Taunton showroom to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I would certainly recommend Easy bathrooms to others.

When the bath arrived.
When the bath arrived, I found damage, due to the way it was stored before delivery. How ever the excellent team at the Taunton branch did a wonderful job of getting it replaced very quickly, well done Kate.

When one of my fitters threw a piece of our new order away by accident, the team sorted me a new part, and never charged me
A penny! Excellent service!
Also I purchased a shower cubicle from Easy Bathrooms
And one from another retailer.
Easy Bathrooms was far superior quality and will definitely get my next order.
Great staff, great showroom,

From Uncertain to Confident – Thanks to Martin!
I recently worked with Martin at Taunton on the design of my bathroom and en suite and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. I’ll admit I wasn’t the easiest customer at times, but Martin was incredibly patient, professional and attentive throughout the entire process. His design expertise really put me at ease, and I ended up feeling confident and genuinely excited about the final plans. Now I’m just counting down the days until the rooms are fitted!

Sent damaged tiles. Returned them with promise to get replaced following Wednesday. You sent incorrect tiles two weeks in a row delaying finishing of my project and costing me money in contractor wasted time.
I know I won't get a response but if I had the time I would write a full complaint asking for compensation
