The staff at easy bathrooms made our day, as they had the perfect tiles for us and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Can thoroughly recommend them.

Very good service

The salesman made an error in his calculation on the number of tiles that we would use so he sold us 60 tiles instead of the correct amount which was 36 tiles, adding an extra cost of £440 to our bill and due to your returns policy the store refused to accept them back meaning we now have to jump through hoops and contact head office to get a refund, even though the salesman admitted to the mistake calling it ‘a fat finger moment’

Over a year ago we purchased an infra red, illuminated, heated bathroom mirror. It recently malfunctioned. The company provided a like for like swap with no quibbles. It was nice not to have to fight for it.

We ordered some tiles from here which were great. However, we over ordered and for some reason they don’t take returns of unopened packs which is ridiculous.

I had very tight timescales on a project, the team helped me to choose everything including tiles over a couple of visits and sourced some other matching bits I needed from elsewhere. Friendly, helpful staff and I absolutely love my sink & toilet units and cupboard which are ribbed oak and look the bomb as well as being solid and great quality. Our builders fitted so can't comment on fitting services. The team are very friendly and helped me achieve a stunning bathroom where everything works together.

No one got up to greet us, ask us if anything particular we were looking for and finally the only tile I wanted a sample of or even look at they didn’t have either, we walked out , absolutely no service what so ever

Dani and Connor were really helpful, giving lots of useful advice. We had several discussions and design consultations to find something which really worked for us, they were patient and accommodating. They also gave us a good lead on a bathroom installer who we used, Simon from On Tap Bathrooms.
