I did finally get my product but the bottoms measurements are like a different size. It was supposed to be cotton pjs but it's all polyester and spandex and feels like a swim shirt not comfy pjs. All the white fabric is totally see through so I just want my money back. Had to send them lots of pics with measurements and packaging we will see if they refund soon.

$43 for a shirt
Don't order from these guys. It's fraud. I paid $43 for a pajama set. Almost 2 months later after contacting them multiple times a shirt came in the mail.. not a set. Just the shirt.. $43 later and almost 2 months later. I dont want this to happen to anyone else.

I had no trouble out of my order.... just got the pants one day and the shirt the next perfect. Order up a size.

During the pandemic
During the pandemic, everyone was allowing returns. Therefore I ordered extra in case the PJ's did not fit.
I did not read the refund policy carefully, and now I am out $158.00 and several pairs of unneeded PJ's. I am disappointed that we will not take them back. I will never use or suggest to my friends to use easybear.com.

My husband is so disappointed in this place.
My husband ordered a pair of pajama's for christmas for me, and they just arrived on thursday, april 1st. a little late, and the wrong design print and they were not the size he ordered. They sent an extra small. I wear a large!! there is no address to return them to.. This company is aweful, do not order from them. He tried to cancel the order and they said they would refund his money in January, but nope never happened.

They send fake emails every couple days…
They send fake emails every couple days after you order about how they are making your item just for you and are so busy... After two weeks I finally received an email that my item was done, but not shipped yet. Still no word on shipping and no reply from customer service. What a rip-off. The pj's are terribly expensive for them to provide such horrid customer service. If no reply from them soon, I will have cc company reverse the payment to them.
Update April 20 - 20 days after my initial review post and still no tracking number or pj's. RIP-OFF!!

It took 3 months to receive my order, but it was worth it! Their sizes do run small but I always anticipate that when ordering online. The pajamas were everything I wanted and more! The design is perfect. I will order from them again and anticipate the delay.

Be patient, you will get your order!
It took about 4 months for me to get my order but it was worth the wait. They were ordered by my husband. The ones I ordered took 3 months. I will order again if I see something I want. I am so glad I waited for them to come.

I think I have been scammed. I rarely purchase anything from Facebook and the one time I did it never showed up. It has been 3 months since I ordered my pajamas and all I received is emails with no date of shipping or anything. It seems like I have been scammed.

If I could give them a zero I would. The pajamas I ordered took forever to get and then were nothing like the pictures. I ordered an extra large. It was definitely not an extra large, it barely fit my friend who is a size zero. I wrote the company and included pictures they said they would send me new ones. It is now 3 months later and gave not received anything! Do not order from this company!!!

Easybears keeps making excuses about why it is taking so long to get product and refuses to just cancel my order and give a refund!!

Ms. Chloe Smith has been wonderful during my whole experience with easybear. She has been considerate, kind, very thoughtful in her words in responding back and forth with me. I believe my problem has been solved thanks to her guidance. The only thing I did not like in this whole experience is it took months to get my PJ outfit. That being said is no reflection to Chloe, not sure who is in that department? My PJ outfit is so precious. I love ❤️ it and can’t wait to get my correct size in.
