Be wary of engaging with this platform!
I had cancelled my contract with this platform over 10 years ago, but to my surprise, I started receiving bills and reminders again for the past two months. This is utterly unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue - also with support team, I've received no support from their side - they simply not care, i was told - i should simply pay. It seems like a clear case of deceitful practices. Be wary of engaging with this platform!

Extremely Disappointed
I was recommended Easybell by people online for their 'excellent' customer support and service. Sadly, I have experienced neither.
Firstly, the Order form on their website appeared to be consistently broken. Despite this, I thought it was worth the extra effort for good support later. So I spent 2 hours completing my order and had to attempt filling it multiple times.
I needed internet at my new apartment ASAP to start working from home, and they assured me that the connection would be switched on quickly. Alas, what use is the internet connection if there is no Router?! It has been nearly two weeks since my order and the Router is still being 'prepared to be shipped'. They have switched the internet on and have started billing me, while the shipment has been delayed due to 'unforeseen circumstances'. The DHL tracking number they provided confirms that the package has only been registered online and has not been handed over at the facility. This almost seems comical.
Customer support: I have had to contact them multiple times to get a single reply, which was mostly a scripted Email with 'We are working on it', 'We apologise for your inconvenience' and 'We ask you for some patience'.
In conclusion, I would recommend others to not go with this provider. In hindsight, it may be better to go with one of the bigger and more well-known internet providers.

Internet connection just died. Tried all the phones in support. They are not available. First time we needed support. They were not there.
P.S. My complain was not about the connection failure. This happens and as you said , it is very rare.
I was annoyed that your call center was not working just when we needed it.

Before moving to easybell I had lots of disconnections in the internet and since moving I have a lot less to almost none.
Recommended to anybody who thinks which company to choose they are worth it.
4 months later...
My partner and I are now 4 months in to our Easybell 100 MBp/s plan and on the whole, we're extremely satisfied! The internet speed is consistently quick (sometimes even goes above 100Mb/ps) and the range on our modem (the FritzBox 7590) is enough to just cover our 75sq/m apartment. Very happy customers!

Awesome service. The fact that all comunications are in German and English makes my life much easier.

I'm absolutely satisfied with Easybell service, from the Internet performance to the customer support. My requests have always been handled quickly by the team. Additionally, I find it very practical that I can manage my data completely online via the Customer Portal.
Two more huge advantages coming to Easybell are the perfect English support and the possibility to cancel the contract any month. I've never seen any other Internet providers offering this.

I moved from 1&1 to easybell less than…
I moved from 1&1 to easybell less than a month ago. The difference in the costumer service has been incredible:
- If you only speak english they assign a person that can communicate with you
- they respond quickly and friendly
I had some problem with disconnections. 1&1 didn't want to send a engineer to check my line. They blame it on my router.
With easybell, it was a very different experience. They quickly send an engineer, even twice. I have a more reliable line now.

I have used easybell in two different apartments. The internet service has been exceptional and without any downtimes or faults. The customer service is always responsive and great to work with.
Only feedback I would have is, if possible to improve the moving service. I had to apply for a new contract, send the old router back, get a new router, etc. This feels like a waste of resources. Nevertheless, it was a smooth move.

Unfortunately the set up process was extremely painful. Long wait time, teething issues, extremely unhelpful and at times outright rude customer service, company was uncontactable for a couple of days for some reason, english helpline doesn't lead to english helpline. Honestly, the worst of all was the inability to simply apologise.
Since then, internet runs ok but never at full advertised speeds.
Do not upgrade to a higher speed or you will no longer be online!
Initially we were extremely satisfied with easybell.
However, when we upgraded our internet speed, the internet stoped working (which is normal for a few minutes/hours).
After waiting for more than two hours, we called customer support.
Instead of trying to resolve the technical issue, we were told “to read our (easybill) emails better and just wait”.
When we called again after a few hours, we fortunately had a customer support agent who actually looked into matter and we were informed that they did indeed encounter a technical issue during the upgrading process and that it might take three days before our internet works again.
Again, while we understand that these problems can occur, at least train your staff to be polite and actually take your customer’s concerns serious.
Now, instead of enjoying our high-speed connection, we are without internet for the next couple of days 👏 👏 👏
we are looking forward receiving a meaningless response from easybell that does nothing to mitigate the inconvenience caused to us.

So far, very pleased with the service. I have it since a month and a half. I like that there’s a two week Kündigung notice and that the signal works well in the whole 90m2 flat, with no help from an extender.
