Don't bother, doesn't respond after initial consultation, I don't mind if he(Simon) doesn't want to do the job, but at least have the common courtesy to respond and reject it !!

I recently had some bodywork repairs done on my taxi by Simon from Easy Dent Repair, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, and my taxi looks as good as new. Simon was professional, friendly, reliable, and took great pride in his work. Brilliant. Simon responded to my message same day. I had a several quotes. He wasn't the cheapest and not the most expensive. However his communication was 10/10. I like the way he interacted from first contact. Polite & courteous, arrived when agreed and the work was of satisfactory quality. I had a difficult repair, with more labour intensive 3 stage crystal process pearl paintwork, but all turned out well. It was a difficult repair and couldn't ask for more. The paint match was excellent and blended well, very happy to recommend and would definitely use again.

Absolutely hopeless, completely untrustworthy. Let me down on the day they were supposed to doing the repair after I had taken a day off work to be available.
