Order cancelled 3 days before wedding!
I placed an equipment, crockery and glass hire order back in January for my wedding in August, to then have zero communication apart from confirmation of order and payment taken.
Fast forward to 31st July and the day before delivery and I received a phone call to say that due to a van issue that the order would not be coming and it would be another 10 to 11 days before a van was available. Since my wedding is this weekend that obviously wasn’t suitable and I was told my order was just going to be cancelled.
Appalling service, no customer contact and in the end a complete failure to provide goods and services that were ordered nearly 8 months prior to delivery date.
I would strongly urge anyone considering using this company to go elsewhere.
