It’s definitely a scam. I paid €0,50 for converting a file and on the following day they charged me €47,90 for a hidden subscription I hadn’t agreed to. These people should be stopped from scamming people. Disgusting!

Definitely a scam. The files were not converted. 50 cents was taken and 47.90€ was taken from our bank account the next day. Not sure for what???? And future payments trying to be taken. You can convert files for free on other websites. Stay away from this one please! With love & understanding xxx
Just to add here, that since writing this review. And reading through the whole website, there is a way to cancel the ‘subscription’ and get a refund within 14 days.
And I am happy to say that we have been refunded 47,90€ even though we had cancelled our bank card. So that feels better. Maybe they are chancers more than pure scammers ????

Hi, unfortunately, same as all the reviews below. I thought I was paying Euro 0,50 for converting a file (fair enough, requested a service, you pay the agreed price), but one day later they charged me Euro 47,90 for a Subscription?!? which I saw a few weeks later, too late. Their response was that I agreed to the Terms & Conditions as this was mentioned in there. Isn´t it the law that you have to be very clear about the agreement and what the purchase entails or is the law different on this in the UK, where they are registered I believe?
Their reply by email was rapid (few hours) and they cancelled my subscription immediately, so kudos for that. But this is a quick win for them, easy money, misleading customers and therefore a scam. Hope they are sincere business people and will take care of this.

I thought I was paying 50 cents for a conversion.

The company charged me £40.98 (CDN $70) and after emailing them for a refund, the company refused, stating a 14 day return policy. (The charge was unnoticed until the end of the month, past the 14 days. I would have done it immediately, if their terms and conditions were not so shady, and they made you AWARE of the charge).

I've also emailed the company, but am disgusted with the dishonest way they run their business. Would give it 0 stars if that was a possibility.

I thought I was paying 50 cents for a conversion. Today, my bank contacted me to say that this company had attempted to take out £40.98. Thankfully they've now stopped them from all future transactions and marked them as a dodgy company. They did actually manage to take out about the same amount a month ago, when I used this to convert a video of my friend and mentor singing, who had just died that morning. I've emailed them, but I honestly think this is a very dishonest way to run a business. Would give it 0 stars if that was a possibility.

THIS IS A SCAM. Hidden at the bottom of their website is an auto-subscribe that charges €47.90. I had to call their company to get a refund.

Total scam.there is no way to cancel your account online and they keep trying to charge me 47.90 euros for nothing

Like others, this company is a scam. The platform is working very poorly and the service that they offer is doable without any special platform. I got to know it I was charged additional money after 24 hours that they do not mention, except on their terms and conditions site. No money is worth trying, even the 0.50$ fee for one day.

Easy file is a scam, nothing works , nobody replies to emails or calls and they charged me €47.9 for something that does not even work. Please beware. Please don’t use them

It's a scam which works exactly as other reviewers have noted. Of course I was stupid not to read their eula. They got me on the site fastconv.io. It's the same company though.

Paid 50 cents to convert a file but was unable to download as no dropdown box for UK when filling in billing address. Due to small cost amount just forget about it until I was notified that they were taking 47.9 euros from my bank.Don't reply to emails either. Do not trust these people.

It's a scam they took me 47.90€ and when I sent them an email they told they sre going to refund me and nothing happened. Be careful don't use it.

Easy files is a scam! They charge you 50 cents to covert a file and as part of the process you agree to the terms and conditions which allow them to charge you 47 euros per month. Can the subscription within the 24 hour trial and they can’t charge you, better still don’t use these thieves.
