Terrible company
Terrible company. They are quick and available to acquire new customers, once they purchase the service they become like sloths. They started the process of forming the LLC more than two months ago and it is not finished yet, so they still have to start the procedures for opening a bank account. No one responded to the last two emails I sent. Stay away from this company, it's just a waste of time.

Excellent service
Excellent service. I had to open LLC as I am dealing with clients in America and payment has been huge hassle for so. One of my friends recommended me to EasyFiling and they helped me with the process professionally and guided me in each step. Best part was that they have lower price than all the other service provider. As it can be confusing and there are a lots of surprises later regarding the price. I am very satisfied and happy.
