Ordered some simple replacement glass units in 19th August.... told 7 wk delivery. called them and told they were ready and would be sent via UPS courier .... still nothing. Rang again and told someone will call you back.. no one called. Its now 12th November. These people are liars and crooks. Paid via Paypal and now getting a refund via Paypal. Avoid these scammers at all cost. We presume they just get them made elsewhere and if you look at their premises on Google maps its a grubby tiny little operation on an industrial estate

Ordered a small replacement upvc panel in good faith, despite promises, panel never arrived. Their initial responses were reasonably cordial but eventually wouldn't respond to my emails. Fortunately paid by PayPal, who opened up a case for me, and subsequently found in my favour. I would avoid this firm at all costs.

I was told the glass panel would have a lead time of 2 to 3 weeks
It took them 7 weeks to deliver the panel. Dan kept on saying that he would get the panel out the next week but then nothing would happen.
After telling Dan that I would be asking for a full refund if it didn't arrive this week the panel arrived.
The unit arrived in perfect condition and fits perfectly.
If you don't mind waiting for 2 months for your unit and having to keep on phoning up to ask where your unit is then this is the company for you. Otherwise you may prefer to shop elsewhere.

Weeks after paying for the “fast delivery” of one small double glazed unit, countless emails and phone calls I started a case on PayPal. Easyfit told me they wouldn’t refund until I dropped the case. They were wrong.

Ordered 2 standard white UPVC windows on 22nd October 21
10th November – called for an update – told the windows would be with us shortly
30th November - called for an update – told again they would be with us shortly
13th December – called and spoke to Dan – told he would call us back immediately with an update – no response
5th January 22 – called office for a final update – told by Dan that the windows were ready for dispatch and I would hear a delivery date within 2 days – nothing received after a week.
13th January 22- raised a dispute with the bank to get our money back
Why the company can't just tell the truth I don't know! We've used them before and they were fine, but they have really gone down hill in the last 6 months and we wouldn't use them again.

Sadly this company doesn’t live up to its website promises. Waited over 6 weeks for one small window to be made and delivered...delivery just didn’t happen, eventually went and collected it ourselves. They rarely respond to emails and never call back. Promises of delivery dates were just lies..so don’t bother with this company..plenty of better companies out there.

I have ordered patio doors and window from this company. Arrived after 6 weeks which was the maximum term given to us. No soupy chain, no logistics. Very poor quality (our builders said as well the worst quality they ever seen) . Do not buy. Time and money wasters.
