Things break and modern attitude is throw away and buy a new on. Claber are different. Evidently my timer must have frozen at some time last season. It leaked when installed again so contacted Claber. The National Sales Manager emailed me within hours ans identified the problem, recommended Youtube video on how to fix it, and what parts I would need and where to buy them. Excellent service. I only needed to buy one part and watching the video enabled quick and easy rebuild of the timer. All worked well and the part sent to recycling. - Brilliant! No waste.
