Do Not Trust This Company

Easyglow can not be trusted. I am a customer of Easyglow and have bought from them for the last few years No problems BUT THIS YEAR. I purchased a tonne of coal.
1/ the pallet was damaged and some bags damaged and coal missing
2/ when I emptied the pallet I was 2 bags short
3/ contacted the company by phone and email nobody got back to me Phone is never answered Finally after a few weeks i got an email from them asking to give details. I replied to the email Thst was last August nothing from them since It is December now. They still don’t answer phones
4/there are lots of companies North of of the border selling coal who have a decent customer service and who will appreciate your custom Stay clear of EASYGLOW

Ordered the coal on 1 November.In email…

Ordered the coal on 1 November.In email they said estimatet delivery 2-7 days.Today is 20 November.... tracking number dose not work.The number is not answering, tried to call for days,and many times a day.They don't answer on voice messages(left 2,on different days),no answer on email also!!!
No delivery date,no idea when,or if it will be delivered.Very annoyed for this years customer service. ..I did got coal from them previously and was happy.., don't know what happened,did the management change?!!or what??? Really disappointed!!!! If they had delays, THEY HAD TO contact me,not me trying to contact them, with no response 😡😡😡
Just avoid ordering from them this season!!!!!!Hopefully they will improve their service,and go back the way they was previous years!!!!!

Avoid!!!

I ordered a tonne of coal, initial email stated it was dispatched on September 30th. 3 weeks later I still haven't received my order. Have called, emailed, left voicemail , no response. I often called over 30 times a day. I have requested a refund 10 days ago. Again no response and no refund. Do not place order with this company.

Avoid

Avoid. I placed an order for 50 bags. It took a couple of weeks to arrive and was poorly wrapped and was 2 pallets up stacked and wrapped together. When I down stacked the coal to move off the drive I only had 47 bags. I’ve emailed and called. No reply to email. No answer on the phone so left a message but never heard back. Very poor customer service, I won’t be ordering from them again.

Very good service and coal ovids

Order was delayed but the lovely lady sorted the order straight away and arrived the date and time she said it would. Coal ovids large were as ordered. There correct for stoves I tested some as it's cold. A layer and some wood on top. Lit at 6pm still heating the house at 10 pm with no topping up the fire. I've purchased before from easyglo.ie with no problems. The coal ovids are good quality. The customer service is excellent

Ovoids

Purchased whole pallet of ovoids in 2023 , but the quality was day and night comparing to the pallet of same ovoids in 2022.
Lots of ashes and very little heat.
We used to clean fireplace (2022purchase) once a week, but this year, every day.
Contacted them about the issue in October/November 2023.
After agreeing to send a sample and sending it, they replied that they didnt get one, it was sent by registered post. They never replied to multiple following emails. Sent one the other day (got Easter promotional email) about the quality issue and zero response again.

Fiona saved the day for Easyglow

After having a big issue with the quality of my last order and putting a nasty but true review on Trustpilot about this company I have had to remove it and replace it with this new review.
Two days after I posted the first review a lady by the name of Fiona made contact with me and asked me what issues I was having and to send a sample of the ovids that I was having issues with. They were tested and then they replaced the full order with new stock and it is super quality I will have no issues ordering again.
Cant thank Fiona enough for her help on this matter

Complete scam

Complete scam. I ordered (luckily I chose not to pay right away). They don't deliver, they don't call you, they don't answer calls. But I started to get scam emails and scam text messages since I tried to order a half a pallet. (Their contact email even does not work info at easyglow ie with error, not working). Just a scam.

So how Trustpilot will notify them? I don't know, their email is invalid.

I have to positively warn people away…

I have to positively warn people away from Easyglow - having previously used their small smokeless ovoids in my Stanley enclosed stove, I ordered a half ton of the large smokeless ovoids in October 21 and found them to burn very quickly with moderate heat and a lot of ash. I have complained but have only received a cursory acknowledgement "that it was being looked into" and nothing since despite numerous emails. Terrible coal with equally awful customer service - avoid.
