Too many phone calls
I have to make several phone calls to get an simple answer, it was not that easy. Because of my repeated attempt I was able to get an answer. On the web site there is a number to contact . But when we call no one answers.

I have left numerous voice messages and …
I have left numerous voice messages and sent multiple emails asking for some one to contact me so I can make a simple name change to my E&O policy and no one from EasyInsure has reached out to me. No one is available to answer the phone when you call either. While they may have a fair product, the fact that there is zero customer service is frustrating.
