I recently found myself in a position where I needed to go "automobile insurance shopping" and found "EasyInsure" online, within a few minutes of my 'google search' for companies in Ontario. "EasyInsure's" website is very user friendly, and I received a phone call within a few hours after leaving my initial contact information.

The company is well named...nothing could be 'easier' than dealing with "EasyInsure," whether you are a high risk driver or simply looking for an insurance company that offers better rates..

I dealt with Insurance Broker, Jamie Such, from the onset, and in our current world of deteriorating customer service, Jamie was a joy to work with - knowledgeable, professional, respectful, patient, and efficient. Both my husband and I were pleased with the amount of time and effort that Jamie put in to meeting our insurance needs, and we would highly recommend "EasyInsure" to anyone looking for reasonable/better rates, and superior customer service.

I needed commercial insurance and my auto insurance did not offer. I called a few online places and was not successful... Then I discovered Easyinsure.ca. Carrie was so courteous and helpful. She had quotes for me in just a few moments. The entire transaction was super smooth. I highly recommend this company.

When I first spoke with someone they confirmed that I could make the change that I wanted, which was to add a time sensitive component of additional errors and omissions coverage to my current contract. They noted that a modification to the policy would be made by likely the next day and that I would be contacted to address whatever additional premium amount may be needed. By the end of that week I had not been contacted and the additional coverage had not been added. I phoned numerous times and left several voicemails and asked that I be contacted over the next two weeks to mo avail. I stressed that I had to have this coverage in place asap and that I wanted to continue dealing with them but needed it in place by the end of the week. This was the week after I was told it was an easy change. I finally had to buy the coverage elsewhere. They sent a clear message that I was not valued as a client. I am now going to cancel my coverage with them and ask that a prorated amount be refunded. This is week three and still no contact. They have my cell number and email. I've never had to fight with a company to give them more business. I would never go back to them. Very disappointing experience.
