Review of our trip to hotel Christina, Limone.
Excellent travel arrangements including taxi service to and from the hotel, our original "double" room (404) was not very appealing, dated, musty and with only a partial view of the lake, we managed to pay for an upgrade and the room was very modern with a superb view over the lake however there was no WiFi access in the room which was disappointing.
The shuttle bus from the hotel to Limone was very useful (especially when returning as it is uphill, the cost is 1.5 euro).
Limone is a beautiful town with plenty of shops and cafe's, there are lots of ferry trips available and I would highly recommend going to Melcesine (cable car to Monte Baldo a "must do". 10 euro ferry return price, 28 euro for the cable car).
The food was very good and catered for a variety of dietary needs.
The staff especially in reception were excellent.

Great Deal !
From start to end the holiday was a great success
Would definitely use Easy Jet package holidays again and would highly recommend the Don Pancho Hotel Benidorm
I can see this being our go to hotel for all future trips to the resort
Highly recommend
We usually book with TUI and was a little apprehensive booking with easyJet as the price difference between the two was rather big. EasyJet totally exceeded our expectations and the hotel we visited is the cleanest I have ever stayed in! Have already booked my next holiday with easyJet
It was a lovely holiday in the end but…
It was a lovely holiday in the end but a lot of ups and downs. Easy jet rang the day of our travel to cancel original hotel booked as it wasn’t open during the season we were travelling. They gave us a different hotel which was GREAT cannot fault it at all. The confusion was transfers when we arrived in Turkey about 1am we were taken to the wrong hotel. Luckily the staff let us stay overnight due to kids. We managed to find our way to the hotel we were swapped for and that was a whole other mission carrying around annoyed kids and luggage’s all over again. Once we were at the correct hotel everything else was smooth and even transfers back to airport were right this time. Great experience overall.

Easyjet Holidays make booking a holiday easy
Easyjet Holidays makes the booking very easy. Their description of the hotel was true. They keep in touch before you go and whilst your away.
Thank you.
Hotel better than expected, simple straight forward booking process
Booking through the app was straight forward. Hotel was better than expected. Any notifications were sent through the app which was good. Bag drop was quick and easy, flights were boarded quickly and departed earlier which is always a plus. The only downside of the airport experience was krakow border control introducing rhe new scan checks it took a while and on arriving back to the UK the border control was really busy (this has no impact from easy jet just the experience)

Great holiday booked through Easyjet…
Great holiday booked through Easyjet Holidays. We have already another holiday booked with them for Oct this year. All information was efficient and accurate. Would recommend.
EJH do not give potential customers the whole story
We booked a trip to the Cleopatra adults resort in Sharm El Sheikh. Yes, it is adults only but they are aged between 16 and 30, so the so-called entertainment is aimed at this group, which made up about 85-90% of the guests. EJH do not mention this on their website.
Over 90% of the guests are Russian so the food choices are very much geared to their needs. EJH do not mention this on their website.
There are no designated smoking areas so the resort is a smoker’s paradise. Wherever you sit, either by the pool or outside the bar, you can guarantee that a smoker will sit next to you. EJH do not mention this on their website.
No descriptions are given as to what the starters or desserts comprise of so if you have food allergies, you will struggle to know what these items are or if they are safe to eat. EJH do not warn you that you have to be aware of this in the buffet restaurant.
EJH owe their potential customers an honest opinion of the resort so they can make up their their own minds whether or not to book at this venue, which I certainly don’t think they do.

We had a great hoilday with easyjet
I can't fault easyJet, we had a great peaceful flight there and back. The staff were very friendly. boarded and alighted quickly.
Superb hotel
Superb hotel. Immaculatly clean. Lovely staff. Lovely food. Flights were fine but again the onboard food was very poor and completely ran out on the return trip!.... Again. A reasonable price for this five star holiday from Easyjet. Aircraft seats were so uncomfortable however which make travel almost unbearable!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from EasyJet Holidays.
Only two days before my departure, my hotel was changed and I was offered a replacement that was clearly a downgrade compared to what I originally booked and paid for. There was no proper effort to provide a suitable alternative or to resolve the situation fairly at such short notice.
This holiday was meant to be a special trip to celebrate my 40th birthday, and unfortunately it has been significantly ruined due to these last-minute changes and the lack of meaningful support from customer service.
When I contacted customer service for help, I did not feel supported at all and was simply given limited options that did not address the issue properly.
Overall, I expected a much better standard of service and care from a travel company. I will not be booking with them again, and I would advise others to be aware that their plans may be changed at very short notice.

Held to ransom & stranded at Split Airport
We booked a package hotel to Croatia. The hotel was excellent and in a great location in Makarska. Our issues arose on the transfer back to Split airport. The transfer time was supposed to be 1.40 minutes. The flight was due to go at 10.35am, but our departure time from the hotel was 7.20am, which I thought was a bit late. It turned out we were on a joint transfer with another couple. Their flight to Gatwick was at 12.30pm, so they had obviously left our transfer time as late as possible. We actually left the hotel at 7.17 am and the first hour of the journey was fine, but then we got caught up in a traffic jam. The other couple had an app on their phone and it showed that this jam went on for miles. Eventually the driver decided to turn around at 9.05 am. I asked how long it would take to get to the airport, he said one hour. Our gate closed at 10.05, so I knew we were going to miss the flight. I phoned the Easy Jet emergency line for the second time that morning to say we were going to definitely miss the flight. They told me to phone them back when we had arrived at the airport. We arrived at the airport at 10.05am, went straight to check in and were informed we were to late. I thought well Easy Jet will have to sort this out as we were on a package holiday. How wrong I was. I phoned the emergency line again to be told I had to pay £220 to be booked on a rescue flight and look on line for a hotel for the two nights, whilst waiting for the next flight to Bristol. As far as I am concerned we were left to ransom and stranded at Split airport. Luckily for us the transfer co phoned me up to check if we had got on the plane. I said no and what Easy Jet had said to us. They said they would try and get hold of Easy Jet, but they failed. They decided to pick us up from the airport and take us to a hotel and they would pay for the room. The next day the transfer company phoned me back up and said they had contacted Easy Jet and would I pay for the hotel room as Easy Jet said I could claim it back on my Insurance. I said no. We have ended up paying all our food costs and the fine at silver zone for picking up our car two days late. Easy Jet have refunded us £220 rescue flight costs, but no other costs. They have offered us a small amount as a goodwill gesture I turned this down as it would not even cover our costs incurred. Even worse to come to put a formal complaint in you have to find a certain form on line, not easy. Once done they send you a confirmation e mail and it say if you want to add anything extra you can reply directly to this e mail, but it is a no reply email. The phone number they also give gets you no where. I have resulted in sending the extra information to the emergency team e mail, as they sent me an email stating they were refunding me the flight money. So hopefully I have won the battle of no emails for complaints. We are out of pocket, completely traumatised and exhausted and feel our holiday experience has been completely ruined. This is an update. I have asked for Easy Jet holidays terms and conditions as far as I am concerned they are responsible. If they say it was out of their control I would disagree as it should never have been a joint transfer, so we could have left a lot earlier and the driver should have turned around within the first 10 minutes when we got stuck in traffic. A lot of cars were doing this. There were alternative routes which we ended up going on including a motor way. I have asked Easy Jet to point out if they think there are any mistakes in this review. They asked for further information, but they already had the information as they tried to phone me twice. They have sent me an e mail with a letter to my travel insurance company stating they have not paid out for any of the costs incurred. I don’t think I should have to claim against my travel insurance. We were at the airport from 10.05 am until 1.45pm and for the majority of that time we did not have a clue what was happening. I might have got it totally wrong about what to expect from a package holiday, but hopefully this will help other people decide if a package holiday is worth it.
